Matthew (the owner and surveyor), and his team of guys that came to do the work were both friendly, reliable, professional and tidy (which pleased my wife no end), and very competitive with his quotation (which pleased me no end too). While renovating my victorian town house in South Woodford over the last 3 years, I have spoken and dealt with various other building and roofing contractors who have either overcharged for the jobs or had no real enthusiasm, understanding or duty of care for the work I needed them to carry out.
