I have contacted him multiple times and he has continually given me the run around. In March I even said "hey no hard feelings, it sounds like you're busy and I don't want to feel like a burden on you to keep asking for a quote but if you can't take care of my project I understand, just let me know so I can call someone else" and he said "no you're good but I can''t get to it until next month" which was fine with me but I still needed a quote first so we weren't wasting each other's time....he said I'll get it to you soon. That was a month ago, still haven't heard from him. Absolutely terrible communication, non existent to be exact. He seems like a nice enough guy speaking to him in person and to be honest I was excited to give him my business (as opposed to a big company) but he has completely wasted 3 months of my home project totally unnecessarily. If you decide to use him make sure to get a quote immediately or else he'll give you the run around about this that and the other and "he'll get it to you soon". Lesson learned!!

Greg is not your average contractor that stands you up or ignores your calls. The communication and product is excellent. During all our builds we have been walked through the process and offered different more efficient ways to design/build. After framing on our primary home we made a change to the size of our shower niche, Greg personally was there after hours framing it in prior to drywall installation. This is just one example of the top tier customer service's we've received.
