He seems like a nice enough guy speaking to him in person and to be honest I was excited to give him my business (as opposed to a big company) but he has completely wasted 3 months of my home project totally unnecessarily. It's very consistent that they don't like to call people back and not answer their phones. This company started work on a project while not having a valid permit in place. This was verified through the community development department building permit division. On top of that, they went onto Neighbors property with a backhoe starting a project.
