I used Bob's Cabinets to replace my kitchen, bathroom and laundry room cabinets which were damaged…read moreduring a flood. I would not recommend Bobs to anyone. Here are my reasons: 1. The estimator came out and gave me a verbal price including a bar. The price was $19,000 plus. I agreed, but when I went to pay it ended up being over $11,000 short which I found out later (I cancelled the bar cabinets) 2. The estimator told me the cabinets would take 7 to 9 weeks to make. That was wrong it took just under 6 months to finish 3. When the cabinets arrived they forgot to order one cabinet (stove cabinet). 4. When the stove cabinet arrived the stove would not fit. A drawer was customised to fit 5. The cabinet that holds the oven didn't fit it had to be cut and altered at the house (thanks to a great installer) 6. Our refrigerator did not fit because of wrong size cabinets. Again an installer had to alter the cabinets. For being a custom cabinet company they were terrible. I paid them in full, but I complained and they told me they could charge me more for "2" small fillers. I suggest finding another cabinet company My name is Rick Fassel and I live in Lake Havasu I highly recommend not using this company

There really should be a "no star" option for businesses such as this one. We worked with Duane…read moreand Kim Click for several weeks before we committed to them making cabinets and countertops for our kitchen - it was a very simple job. We started talking with them in early April and on May 10, we gave them their 1/2 deposit as requested, over $3,200. I later learned that the day after we gave them that check, they went on vacation for a week. That should have been the first warning bell. The contractor building the extended wall in the kitchen finished in less than a week and Duane was supposed to come measure -- AGAIN -- but he put us off. When he finally did come out he poked and puttered and measured and re-measured, and measured again.....then took one of our cabinets with him and a cabinet door so that he would be sure to match the grain and color of the maple. Several weeks go by and every time he's supposed to come out to the house he has another excuse - had to remake a drawer, truck problems, glue not setting up because of the heat, problem with the angles, undermounting a stainless sink in acrylic is nearly impossible..... It was endless. Finally he showed up - it's now the very end of June - and puts on our new drawer fronts and moves cabinets from the laundry room to the kitchen. I stayed out of his way and when he left.... the wood on the drawer fronts didn't match our existing cabinets and the cabinets that he hung were not even with the existing cabinets. And that was just the start. There's much, much more that went on but suffice it to say that about a week later of him putting us off AGAIN on the countertops, we fired him over the phone. He hung up on my husband, and then called him back to ask if we were "Christians." What that has to do with anything is beyond me, but he had first said he'd see us in court, and then decided that church Elders should be called in to sort it all out. That same day I called another countertop company and in less than two weeks I had the exact same countertops installed and the price was less than what Duane wanted AND included a huge stainless steel sink. Doing some deep Internet research I found that this is not the first time Duane has pulled this act - the last time he left a woman without a useable kitchen for 8 months before she finally had enough and sued him in court and won. He didn't pay so the ROC paid out of their fund and his license was revoked. However his business cards give an ROC # and says he's both commercially and residentially licensed. Steer clear of these people - they are bad, bad news. I have no recourse except to sue him and it would be a waste of my time since I know he has no money.
