I stoped by without having an appointment, I introduced my information in the check-in computer and that's it! It was so quick and so perfect, that I couldn't believe it. The lady that works in the entrance is very sweet. The nurse that took my blood had a magic hand, no pain and not bruises. I have tiny and small veins and usually is always hard. I saw three more people besides me in the entrance. It wasn't full. The parking ticket was validated and I payed only $3. I assumed that this building is used mostly by people who works in the building, I think that maybe you can park outside is this is a big deal. To me, the fact that they took care of me in a wink of an eye is Priceless.

I needed a Rapid Test asap. I was greeted by a Fast Labs Tech. She was short, chubby, and brunette. didn't see a visible name tag. I paid for an antigen and blood type test. As we are speaking, i'm being processed at the same time. First was the Antigen. Next was the blood type test. This woman pricked me in the middle of the conversation with her about the blood-test procedure. Mind you, my blood was leaking everywhere, and the cart , in the midst of her saying " She likes to see grown men cry ". Weird. She's wasn't prepared obviously as my blood is spilling all over the medical cart. She proceeds to wipe my blood up with paper towels , as i'm chastising her about her unprofessionalism over what just happened. And the incompetence of her poor job handling my open cut. Not a good experience. Where does Fast Labs find these workers? In a Cracker Jack Box?? No Bueno !

I had a very concerning experience with my recent blood tests…read more About 10 days before my scheduled appointment with my doctor, I received lab results and assumed everything was processed correctly. However, when I spoke with my doctor, they informed me that my lab work had not even been processed yet, and that the samples taken from me were still pending analysis. This was extremely confusing, as I had already received results. This clearly means that the results initially sent to me did not belong to me. Later on, I did receive the correct results, but the fact that I was sent someone else's medical information is extremely concerning. This is a serious issue involving patient safety and privacy, and it should not happen under any circumstances. Alicia Constain
