The customer service was friendly and fast. I didn't wait more than 15 minutes to get inside and since I only had a head CT scan done it was roughly pretty quick. The equipment look brand new and the place was clean and well kept. Please Note: I have read all the reviews about the wait times and about staff. To create a solution for the wait times try and get an appointment as earlier as possible I would suggest 7am to avoid the long wait times. They do have multiple rooms with various machines and they do all types of scans like mammograms, CT, MRI, etc. Wear comfortable clothing and no jewelry because any metal they will tell you to take it off unless you have metal in your interior.

I do not recommend this place if you value your time or expect to be treated with courtesy and respect by the front desk staff. I do want to recognize the MRI technicians, who were excellent. My insurance confirmed that Sunset Radiology NEVER submitted a claim, NEVER requested authorization, and NEVER called them on that date. There was no system outage. She fabricated an entire story to cover up her front desk's failure and justify taking $250 out of pocket from a pregnant patient. I emailed Tatiana directly to confront her with the facts from my insurance company and demand a Superbill so I can submit the claim myself. They did have appointments available inside the West Kendall Baptist Hospital Diagnostic Center, but that would've cost me $100 vs. Free. Health insurance companies are scammers and so are hospitals and the way they bill. What they don't tell you is that there is a big difference between the Diagnostic Center inside the hospital vs. the Outpatient Diagnostic Center (usually located inside the Medical Arts Building). With my insurance it costs $0 for imaging services in the Outpatient Diagnostic Center and $100 with the Diagnostic Center inside the hospital. It gets billed as a "hospital service." Imagine that! Sunita, the intake registration clerk was very friendly and overall pleasant. Alexandra the Xray technician was very professional, asked me a few questions before beginning. She made me feel comfortable. They take same day appointments. I was able to get in the same day. Easy process. The only thing is that I was never given a PIN to access. I also tried calling explaining the issue, they only told me thats what the radiologist read on the MRI. The issue is not the radiologist but the outdates MRiI machine. II later find out its one of the oldest machines out there. In the end, it was a total waste of money , time and delay in treatment.
