On the day I returned, my mother and I were waiting for the bus. When it arrived, the driver asked where we were headed, and we handed over our luggage as we've always done--just like all the other passengers. However, when we arrived in Londonderry, I got off the bus and discovered that my large suitcase was missing. I asked the driver about it, and his response was, "Did you give it to me?"--which immediately made it clear to me that he had left it behind. I understand that mistakes can happen, but the lack of accountability and the unprofessional attitude from both the driver and another staff member were extremely disappointing. After being awake since 4 AM, I had to drive all the way back to Logan to retrieve my luggage, I did not get back home until 9pm that night due to traffic. I was told a manager would contact me, but I never received any follow-up. This experience has seriously shaken my trust in both the drivers and the company, and I'm not sure I'll be using Concord Coach again.

On May 6 I did a run from Boston to Concord and mind you normally the bus stops in Manchester but this one wound up with no one getting off there or had set that up so the trip was a straight run to Concord and overall was nicely impressed. Buses are pretty much new, nice seating including the headrests (leather surprising to me), there are on also plugin for music & that mostly be on the runs for ME but I figured you might opt to know. Stations have complimentary coffee but if I'd give a suggestion for Concord Coach Lines as C&J Bus Lines has an airlines bit for passengers going to fly from Logan Airport hopefully they'll see this & do this as well. Now this handles the regular one & now the second part which is the Plus one. You buy the tickets online & when you g show your ID, board & this is a dope trip & this is regardless of Portland or Concord/Nashua because the bus is unique since after the first (Portland) or last (Nashua) it goes a straight shot to the East Side of Manhattan near the UN Building but you're dropped off on 373 E 42nd St.. Now these ones have two in one seating, free Wi-Fi, beverage/snacks with fruits, gummies, breakfast snacks, K-Cup machine & pods which have coffee, tea& hot chocolate & also a sink (yes the area in the back of the bus is a galley and while traveling there are ear pods for music & movies. Before I forget the buses are available for private charter & yes I highly suspect both ones are & extra nugget the coaches are ADA compliant & extra note there are seatbelts on them. Now mind you I I'd normally have photos available to add to the review but don't worry though that part may be latter you'll get the photos of the company. Enjoy. Oh almost forgot to add along the Plus they do stop at a rest area on I-95 (mostly I think Milford, CT for both hauls Southbound & sense Northbound) so you can stretch legs or get different food if you might opt for different & also the restrooms are well set & good. I called Cody and he did not answer then I called the dispatch and they said they would have him call me back. When the call came about 10 minutes later, he told me since he thought I was arriving from an international flight he would factor in an extra hour to my scheduled pick-up! First of all the reservation clearly showed a domestic flight arrival and second it is pretty egregious to arbitrarily add an hour to the reservation pick-up time. I was livid that he was home in New Hampshire while I was waiting at the airport. Of the 3 times I used this company they were late twice, the most recent was outrageous. I am sad to say I will not use them again. After 10 months I just received an email from google with this: Response from the owner 3 hours ago Dear Elaine, Thank you for sharing your feedback, and we apologize for the experience you had. It seems there was a misunderstanding regarding your flight, and we'd like to clarify what happened. When we initially processed your booking, there was confusion around your flight status, as the system indicated it might be an international arrival. Typically, with international flights, passengers need extra time to clear customs, which often leads to longer waits, so we factored in an additional hour to account for this. However, we now understand that your flight was indeed a domestic one, and we deeply regret the inconvenience this caused you. To remedy the situation as quickly as possible, we immediately explored multiple options to get you home sooner. This included personally looking for alternate modes of transportation out of pocket.
