We hired Jaime Barlow to sell our home and to find us a new home in the country and he messed…read moreeverything up by calling us to move the closing date to earlier than it was originally set for then had us sign a contract for the new home without getting us the final Loan Estimate sheet from the mortgage company. The payment was guesstimated by the lender at a lower payment but when we actually received the CD or final breakdown sheet for what the loan and payment numbers would actually be it was too high for us to make the payment so we had to back out of the whole deal a week before closing because we never received a loan estimate sheet on or before we signed the contract .Seems Jaime basically wanted his realtor percentage NOW and didn't care if we could actually afford the home or not same goes with the Lender Mr. Richard Cercone of Equitable mortgage He knew I couldn't afford because my wife got laid off that but pushed it anyways he even went back and lowered the down payment by 1000 and said in an email (I have given you a credit to lower the closing number to $53,653.17 to give you a little more capital to work with while Shelly finds new employment and you are back on your feet) enough said!
