First time and would be last time experience. My cat has some skin issues with scaps on the skin, Vet Karen wanted to pull one of the scaps out and have a look which is understandable, as a pet parent, worried about it will left with an open 'wound' and might get infected, she said - so do you want me to have a look or what??? As the conversation kept going.... Vet Karen replied with a couldn't care less attitude said - doesn't matter, it's fine, together with turning her body facing the computer. It s always stressful when a pet has some issues and needed to see a Vet, there are plenty of good Vets out there whom are patient, understanding and better communication skills with the pet parents. read more

Awesome vet we usually see David but recently have been seeing Ran. Our cat is in her senior years and David and Ran have helped us with her thyroid and kidney issues read more

I have been taking my fur baby here for years and have only the best things to say about all the staff I have had encountered, especially David as he has such a lovely way with the animals and their pet parents. After thinking my boy may have needed cruciate ligament surgery he advised us to try other methods to see how he went and it did heal without surgery. read more

We got two cats from the Cat Protection Society in Enmore and were suggested to take them to Concord Vet. So glad we did - they have looked after Bubbles and Squeak - our two rescues, for two years now. They love their stay in their deluxe cat condos when we go on holidays.
