There are bathrooms and large doors to enable vendors and caterers plenty of room (these caterers actually cooked on the street and passed the food in to a long table). The courtyard had enough character to require very little decoration and had enough room for about 100 chairs for the ceremony, a bar run from a retro Airstream, several cocktail tables, and a dance floor. In the actual working warehouse, the venue had permitted a sweetheart table set-up and I believe the couple had some of their pictures taken here. It was fantastic smelling too! Now, if you know anything about Savannah and you looked at the address, you probably already know the downside. If you're not familiar with Savannah, let me just say it isn't the best area in town, and Savannah's "not best" areas can be pretty bad. Our hosts planned ahead and hired armed security, which I was very grateful to see and should definitely be part of any budget for a wedding held here. Nifty, off the beaten path venue with lots of character!

They offered to dig through all of their selection to help find the perfect pieces for me and called me back in a couple of hours to tell me they had several picked for me to choose from. I am a first time customer that wasn't buying much, but they treated me like I was the biggest customer around. Couldn't have asked for more interesting guys or better customer service! I explained where I lived and she knew exactly what our requirements was and she showed me the flooring options and I fell in love with the first one and I knew I had to have it the entire process of start to finish was an absolute dream and I could not believe how smooth the entire thing was they had someone come out to my condo and do measuring and it only took 10 minutes since they had a smart technology to do so they already had the floor in stock so it's only a matter of weeks for them to come and install it. I work remotely so I was able to leave the condo and have them install it throughout the entire day and when I came back, I was shocked and in all of how beautiful the flooring was I cannot recommend this company enough, and I still talk about how seamless the entire process was how professional everyone was and how amazing the installers were.
