No one showed up on the scheduled day. No one called. No texts. Apparently they're not interested in my business. Things come up, I get it. Maybe there was an emergency, or some issue that caused them to miss my appointment (the appointment I came home from work early to attend), but no call? It's really too bad. I've already contacted a different company. They showed up when they said they would. Quoted me when they said they would. Put me on the schedule promptly. Review to follow once work is complete. Do better. Expend a tiny bit of energy to let your customers know you give a crap.

I got in touch with Keith Bishop who owns Concrete Unlimited(803) 414-0126. He met me the next afternoon, after completing a job for the State. He was right on time, and ready to work. He made perfect cuts in the concrete, removing a five foot by four foot section, allowing me access to the leak in the main line that was 22" under the concrete. I cut out two pipes, installed new ones and placed them in a seven foot, 4" PVC sleeve. After I finished my fill in, Keith and I talked, and he came out the next day, inserted some rebar dowels and poured his concrete. Experienced, dependable, professional, with reasonable prices. He takes great pride in his work and believes in doing it right the first time. A great communicator, he is a great listener, and takes care of his customer's needs. My clients were delighted with his work, and his work ethic! I was impressed with Keith, he is down to earth, knows his business and wants to provide wonderful customer satisfaction to his clients. Experienced, ready to meet up with you, listen to your concrete needs, quotes you a reasonable price, and then it is time to go to work.
