The reason I will not recommend Giant photo both is because 1. On the contract we were supposed to get two people to work the booth on the day but only got one person for a wedding of 170 people 2. Mid cocktail hour the machine broke down and stopped printing pictures for the remainder of the event 3. All of my guest who were promised an email copy never received them. So the feature does not work 4. The year was incorrect on ALL THE PICTURES We had a photo album that we wanted our guest to leave one of the duplicate pictures and note and had asked the associate to let people know as they came up but he never did. The person who worked our wedding was nowhere to be found most of the night. I was later told that he was talking to one of our guests a lot of the time instead of doing his job. When we called to complain about the horrible experience the associate that I will not name made us feel that we were in the wrong and felt bothered by our experience. We booked this company solely on the reviews but I should have done more research as I was told by two other guest at my wedding that they had a bad experience with this company also.

Our attendant was friendly and kept everything running smoothly. The glam filter was a huge hit (everyone looked amazing!) and the digital files were high quality. We got so much positive feedback from our guests about how much fun they had with the booth. The open layout made it possible for big groups to jump in together, which added to the fun. One of our favorite features was the 4-shot GIF option--so many of our guests were posting those instantly. Overall, the booth added so much energy and joy to the night, and we'd 100% recommend them to anyone!

I had a call with Lori where she explained the types of services and fees associated with the package I was looking for. After signing the contract, I sent her the quinceañeras invitation and they were able to replicate a template for the event. The day off the event, they arrived on time to set up. The photobooth attendant was really nice and provided great customer service. The quality of the photos was great. The lighting was everything! everyone was able to get a copy of their photos and even had the chance to scan a QR code so you can save them digitally. Mario was our attendant on the day of our wedding and he was super chill and approachable. My guests had a lot of fun chatting with him. He made a point to grab my husband and I to use the photobooth before all of our guests during cocktail hour which I appreciated, because we were being pulled in all directions we probably wouldn't have made it in there together later on.
