We hired Giant photo booth for a wedding in October and it was the biggest mistake. The initial setup was great with a lot of expectations that weren't met. The reason I will not recommend Giant photo both is because 1. On the contract we were supposed to get two people to work the booth on the day but only got one person for a wedding of 170 people 2. Mid cocktail hour the machine broke down and stopped printing pictures for the remainder of the event 3. All of my guest who were promised an email copy never received them. So the feature does not work 4. The year was incorrect on ALL THE PICTURES We had a photo album that we wanted our guest to leave one of the duplicate pictures and note and had asked the associate to let people know as they came up but he never did. The person who worked our wedding was nowhere to be found most of the night. I was later told that he was talking to one of our guests a lot of the time instead of doing his job. When we called to complain about the horrible experience the associate that I will not name made us feel that we were in the wrong and felt bothered by our experience. We booked this company solely on the reviews but I should have done more research as I was told by two other guest at my wedding that they had a bad experience with this company also. read more

Their prices are more than reasonable, and Adrian was fun and professional, and kept things running smoothly all night long. The booth also gave guests the option of emailing or texting all of their prints, while still printing out two physical copies. After going through multiple photo booth vendors we decided on Giant Photo Booth because they consistently had the best reviews and offered the most competitive rates. In the context of wedding planning, the latter was feasible because we were told that GPB is primarily a corporate vendor and not a "wedding" vendor. That distinction alone saved us a few hundred dollars without forfeiting on quality of print, service and props a traditional photo booth vendor exclusively niched for weddings would have also provided. The scheduling process is seamless and a few days prior to our wedding day GPB sent us multiple design options for our photo strips. During the reception GPB had a plethora of cool and fun props for our guests to use. They also double printed every photo that evening to ensure that along with every digital copy we also had a physical print. The attendant was professional, courteous, and had a great attitude engaging our wedding guests that evening.
