Such a RED FLAG! Before we signed our contract, it was Clay who was the venue manager at the time and he was incredible. Six months prior, I reached out with a question then was shared that Andrea was the new venue manager. Two months before the wedding Andrea had such poor communication and there were changes with the venue offerings that were not shared with me until I asked for certain furniture but found they didn't offer those items any more. Such another huge red flag on your end as a venue to not even reach out to me to discuss or apologize for your horrible venue manager, Andrea, for her behavior DURING my wedding at The Glass Factory. Within minutes of leaving the ceremony with my husband Andrea barges into the room about a problem with one of my guests. Andrea shared that my guest was unhappy that she was not let in for the ceremony when I in fact instructed all vendors to allow entry for guests during my ceremony but to leave them in the back inside of the venue near the entry door. My family friend missed the ENTIRE ceremony and Andrea was so loud and disruptive during my first alone time with my husband. RED FLAGS. I asked Andrea for her to apologize to my guest and she said no. My husband had to tell her she needed to leave the room because she was causing me so much anxiety and I was on the brink of tears because she was stressing me out so much. Attached you'll find information sent from my coordinator to all vendors which included Andrea the venue manager for the Glass Factory in Jacksonville, FL. My wedding was in early March and the venue was fairly warm as well. Very unique venue but if I could do my wedding all over again, I wish I could have chosen a different venue due to my experience with Andrea and The Glass Factory. We were thrilled that our nye tickets (approx $40pp) included full entry to the car showroom, access to 2 bars, a live band, and an awesome dj! Drink prices were reasonable, plenty of parking, adequate amount of bathrooms, and great music! I was also glad that there was a lounge area and table seating that was up for grabs (wasn't sure if that would just be for VIP tickets). It was also a great crowd that was well dressed and good vibes. We loved walking around the car showroom checking out all the beautiful cars, and then getting sweaty as we danced the night away. One of the best nye's we've had as adults no longer in our 20s haha! I'd for sure come here for other events and def consider coming here again next nye!

I wasn't taking pictures to show the establishment but I wanted to share with everyone incase you need a place to have a special occasion. The parking lot has a lot of parking spaces. It has multiple spaces inside of the building. They have 3 restrooms and one is handicap accessible. I loved the two sided stairway with balcony. I am definitely thinking about using this place for future events.

It's thoughtfully designed with bright colors and soft turf. There are short climbing walls, a slide, caves, and hopscotch for activities. It's easy to imagine how it could get very crowded. We went on the Saturday of opening weekend and it was packed! While the common areas and playground opened early, the food kiosks and entertainment started a bit later. Unfortunately some of the vendors appeared to not have restocked supplies so food options were limited. This will surely be a great spot for meeting up with folk, family time, and entertainment. The dog park I am sure will also be popular. I look forward to seeing how this venue will serve the community.

Not the end of the world, but if I'm paying for my child to be creative, I think they should not be forced to do it any way other than how they envision it.
