I can say that the class title is definitely true to the class. I felt like we worked on all of those areas- strength, toning, flexibility as well as balance. Natalie started the class on time. She had mats set out but people are welcome to use their own mats. They provide blocks, straps and blankets as well. The room was a little bit tight for the number of people but Natalie did a great job of making the most of the space. The exercises don't require a lot of room and you're able to do a lot with just leveraging your own body weight. I felt like I got a good workout. The class is suitable for people with at least some experience with yoga. It's fast paced but not too intense. I would come back again.

They give you a robe to change into to keep your top dry and cover you in warm blankets. It would be nice if they played some relaxing music in the background to make the experience even more relaxing. The whole massage is almost an hour. They untangle your hair and give you a dry scalp massage. Then they start wetting your hair with a circular shower head which was very cool. They wash your hair several times and give a scalp massage. They also give a neck massage and shoulder massage. All the products they use smell extremely good and felt great in my hair. At the end of the massage, they dry your hair and leave it somewhat. It would be very cool if they offered a salon service where you could pay an extra fee for them to style your hair so you could leave with very clean hair and styled. I would have also liked if the scalp massage was a little more rough, it was softer than I liked. I would probably try another location for a scalp massage to compare the experiences.

Our experience- was able to book 2 days ahead of time for an 11am appt; they texted morning of to confirm; check in w Groupon; guided to your room; remove anything on your face/top half (jewelry, glasses, bra); shoes off; put on a half gown; lie down and close your eyes and hope for the best. Since there's no communication throughout the process (we literally exchanged no words aside from the initial, strip instructions); this is all assumptions/spotty memory on my end: Dry head massage, shampoo, soaped up head massage, conditioner, vertebrae/shoulder massage (was really really good) but it's odd because you're all soaped up and I can't tell if it's conditioner they're rubbing your back lol. Regardless, my tech was an angel unknotting my shoulder. Fancy water show is just that - there's no magic from the crown of water you see everyone advertising. Followed by arm/hand massage, rinse, par-hair dry, some final product in your hair, sit up, final pat down/back shoulder massage voila, 1 hour. They have been open for 10 years the physicians are very experienced. I picked the whole body lymph node drainage which starts with massage the lymph node behind the ear to the neck. And then move to focus on the lymph node on the neck, then move onto armpit(if you are ticklish maybe choose the only neck option) at the meantime they placed a herbal pot on the belly. After finish the front there's a little massage on the back with moving cupping method. After the treatment I felt rejuvenated and feel very good. After confirming what I booked my appointment for, which was for a Meridian Facial, I was taken into a room where I changed my top into a towel-like cover up. Just from cleansing my face, I was shown just how much dead skin and dirt came out out my face. I honestly thought I was doing a good job with washing and cleansing my face at home but I guess not! The staff also used a Gua Sha to help increase circulation and drain the lymph nodes on my face, and a lot of time was spent on massaging my face. After, they put a mesh-like gauze on my face and then put a moisturizing facial pack on top of it. I had to wait about 10 or 15 minutes until it solidified enough. Once the staff peeled it off my face, my skin felt super smooth. At the end of the facial, there was also a head/scalp massage. One advice regarding the scalp massage would be to not time it on a day of an important event. Since it distributes the oils on your scalp, you probably know what I'm getting at. The whole experience was positive and relaxing. I did glance at the service menu that they offered and they seem to have a broad range of different things you can try (ie: facials, lymphatic drainage, herbal weight loss treatments, body treatments, and more). With the location being so convenient and the various options you have to choose from, I think it's worth a visit!
