Super shady. The technician was very bouncy and it is in a nail salon the fumes are terrible and worse the noise.

I have had botox and juvederm previously in the metropolitan New York area and have high standards,…read moreI was extremely pleased with the results I received. Susan Lynch took her time to understand what I wanted to achieve and was a great listener. My husband who does not always notice everything made a point of saying (without prompting!) how good I looked. I am past 70 years old so I am grateful for any thumbs up I get.

I really wish I could find something positive to say about this particular business, but…read moreunfortunatly, I cannot. First of all, with so much scamming and breach of security in some of the world's top companies (including banks), how can you possible think that it's ok to demand clients leave their credit cards "on file" in order to simply book an appointment??? That is unheard of!! I cannot think of one reputable company that would ask/keep your information such as that "on file". I get it that your time is money, and you feel the need to charge a client if they are a no show no cancellation but if your services are really that great, you're cliental should be established and cancellations should be minimal. And if a client DOES have to cancel for whatever reason, are you then at liberty to simply charge their credit card for a no show?? Sometimes that just goes with being a business owner. As for the staff, well, the experience I encountered from the owner was rude and impersonal. Instead of making a client feel like you're about to have this amazing experience, it was more cold, fake, rude (almost like an imposition) from the beginning of procedure to simple conversation. When you're clearly annoyed by someone asking about pricing, perhaps you should educate yourself on client etiquette. An eye roll response is NOT very professional!! This is a very personal experience. As an owner, you of all people, should be as equally invested in your clients as they are in your services. If you're not really interested in your clients, don't ask personal questions but more importantly, when the individual is in the middle of replying to your question (thinking you were genuinely interested), don't then greet another client and begin having a conversation with that person! RUDE RUDE RUDE!!!! Unfortunately, the fake vibes are very present.

Dr. Callahan is the worst doctor I have ever had. Her attitude was very obvious; she did not care…read moreabout patient and the problems. I had a spot on my face that was itchy and bumpy for a few years. She blatantly said that she doesn't know what it is and prescribed hydrocortisone, which did absolutely nothing. She insisted on making another appointment even so she just notified me that there is nothing she can do. The most unpleasant thing was the way she talked to me as if I was a first grader and she was my teacher. Total disrespect and neglect. I would not recommend that doctor to anyone.

I was under the care of Brittany Eberly for three years. At my visit in January, she prescribed…read moreFluorouracil to be applied to my face twice daily for four weeks. She did not mention any precautions and insisted that the full four-week course was necessary. Within three weeks, I developed severe swelling around my eyes, along with blisters and bleeding under my eyes. Today at 4:3 p.m., I went to the office seeking guidance on what cream I could use to relieve the constant pain and blistering. The front desk receptionist was very pleasant and asked me to wait while she sought advice from Brittany. She explained that Brittany was with a patient and might see me afterward; otherwise, another medical assistant might help. After waiting 15 minutes, the receptionist informed me that Brittany suggested I purchase a cream sold at the office. I asked whether Brittany would like to look at my face, and the answer was no. I was told she would see me at my follow-up appointment in a month. It would have taken Brittany no more than three minutes to look at my blisters, swollen eyes, and skin and provide appropriate advice.
