Deka lash is also in a convenient location. Distance from my home & parking. The services that I receive just are not worth the cost. I have been getting my eyebrows & eyelash extensions done for over 10 years. Depending on location I do understand service prices may differ. I booked a Total Brow service which I thought included the shaping of my brows as well as cleaning my brows up and filling them in with color . And by shaping of my brows I assume I'm going to have a slight arch as well as clean shaped brows. During my service the tech was very friendly and complimented my brows several times. But when she was complete she shows me the mirror and my brows look exactly how I walked in. At this point I already know you clearly do not know how to shape eyebrows,and I did not want to be rude.I looked at the time and it took her exactly 6 minutes to complete my service. Once we get to the register she ask me if I want to fill in my brows? Listen if I don't have a more defined brow after you waxed it ,tweezed it and was shaping it why would I even want for the tech to add anything else? I'm just truly disappointed at the services received. To top is off I'm feeling bad because my brows look the same and I give the tech a $10 tip and $20 for my service. It's the same when I tried this establishment 3 times with 3 different techs for Eyelash Extensions. First time I did a full service natural lash and my lash's lasted about a week. Then I went in for the express lash service which is really eyelash clusters , they last the expected week and a half depending on maintenance and then I also even received a refill for the clusters. But my issue with the clusters are once you loose 1 it is a huge gap .I'm also paying extension pricing for clusters which is wild as well. But I say all of this to say the eyelash techs that are being hired are either not well trained or the product that they are using is not good enough. At least with my experience. Eyelash extensions are meant to be placed on each individual lash. It does not take a master tech to complete that. If I have to pay more for a master tech why am I using the establishment at all ? I'm paying for a professional service because the eyelash tech should be a master at what they are doing. If someone is just learning and you are employing them to do a service maybe the service should be 50% cheaper not the base price and now I'm paying more to book with someone who "knows" what they are doing?? I'm just truly disappointed in this business . The staff is very nice and the facility is very clean. But I'm paying for services and tipping and I'm walking out unhappy. And I keep trying them with the hopes I will finally get what I'm paying for but I have not yet. I will Not be wasting my money here any longer . Do not recommend
