I have to give a huge shout out to the team. I had a 10 am appt which should normally have lasted about 1.5 hours. They found a deeper problem. They worked straight through lunch until 2 pm to finalize the issue. They did not have to go the extra mile, but they did. Dr Bradshaw is an amazing dentist and more. He has the best team behind him that understands what is needed to get the job done and create a wonderful patient environment. I loved having a website that let me schedule online and have text to work through confirming appointments. The website to submit paperwork in advance was really nice as well. The front staff and dental team were great on both visits. Any dental visits are tough for me generally due to a lot of challenges but they worked through them (and with me being a newer patient) and made me feel like I had been there forever. The tech was good - got pictures, x-rays, etc. They dictated my gum placements via a headset and helped me learn more than I ever had anywhere else before. The really short muscular pudgy dentist came out and determined he couldn't repair my chip cause it was so small and that I needed to get other work done for around $7000. zmy teeth are very straight BTW. Then after I left I got a bill for cleaning my teeth. I told them I'm not paying to have teeth clean when they charged me to fix my tooth, causing them to need to clean them. Then they sent me a cleaning bill. I refused to pay, so they turned it over to collections. If you like your teeth worked on by clowns, be my guest.

The office seems to always be updating their instruments/technology/procedures so you will always get top notch care. I got taken back & their dental hygienist, Tina, was incredible. She was knowledgeable, kind, and so personable. She immediately calmed my nerves with her kind words. I know she has been a dentist for years but recently opened her own practice. She has a great location and her staff is also amazing. I think one of the reasons I was so impressed was that she and her staff are genuine. The last dentist I had I didn't know at all, despite going to him for 6 years. He'd make the same lame small talk during his 1-minute exam after my cleaning, "Boy this is getting to be a hot summer....Oh those Vols had a bad game...." Dr. Smith was genuinely interested in me and we had a nice chat before, sort of during, and after my exam and cleaning. A friend recommended Dr. Smith and her location and hours made it easy to try. It was the best cleaning I've ever had, her exam encompassed things I'd never seen before, and I left with such a good feeling that I want others to give her a try. One HUGE benefit right now during Covid is that she does NOT see 30 patients a day like so many of the other offices. She has three separate workspaces and she only sees one patient at a time in the office. There aren't 10 other patients getting cleanings. I don't walk in and sit right down where someone else had been a couple minutes before. I was told that because she rotates the work stations each is left vacant for some time before the next patient. If it's time for your cleaning and you are a bit worried about going to your high volume dentist, give Blue Dog a try. Can't say enough nice things about her. Best dentist I've had in 30 years, at least.

Every person there was very kind and welcoming, they offer blankets if you are cold, glasses to protect your eyes from the light during your exam, and complimentary lip balm afterwards. I was so impressed by their hospitality and effort to ensure their patients are comfortable and feel safe since going to the dentist can seem scary for most (including myself). My dentist did a great job taking care of the 3 fillings I needed and I'm relieved to have found a place that doesn't make me want to avoid going to dentist.
