Although this was one of the better sushi places I've been to in Brazil (3 and counting), I can say that I enjoyed my meal, but it wasn't the best In that the maguro sashimi still had a lot of gristly stringy fiber trailing one end. I'm sure it is just the way it was cut, but not appetizing to see on what should be a fresh cut piece of raw tuna. I've noticed Salmon seems to be the common choice here in Brazil. I'm not sure if the white sashimi was ahi or not, but it did have a not as fresh as can be flavor. As much as this review sound negative, I would go back and try other dishes or even more sushi. It could of been the day I went, but overall I enjoyed my meal. The presentation was nice and I appreciated the service I received from servers, who were being patient with my lack of the local language.
