Do not use these groomers. Their groomer came for our appointment, hit my car, and left. They came back 20 min later and pretended like this did not happen (I saw it in action on my home cameras + have the video footage of this happening). I called Samuel, the owner, and advised him what happened along with sending him images of both my car and the groomer van. He advised he would assist in correcting this. They've completely gone MIA since that day. They have ignored all calls, texts, and voicemails. I've since had to pay out of pocket ($800 - she really did a number on my car) to have my vehicle fixed. They even blocked me on Instagram... I cannot stress enough to please avoid these people like the plague. If this is how they handle issues that are on video, imagine what they'd do behind closed doors. read more

Luis at Conga's Pet Grooming has the magic touch! One of our toy poodles gets very loud and anxious when groomed - to the point where our past groomer said that he was the "toughest dog" that she has groomed. Having recently moved to the area, we were worried that we wouldn't be able to find a groomer that could work with him. When I called Conga's to explain the situation and my preoccupations, they recommended Luis for his calm demeanor. Needless to say, he was a perfect match for our babies! I felt very secure leaving them in Luis' care, especially knowing that they were getting special attention and just a few steps away. When they were all ready to go, Luis said that they both did great!! He even showed us videos that he recorded while grooming them. They appeared tranquil and, if our little one got nervous, Luis would calm him with kisses! When they were done, the groomer brought them to my door and asked if I was happy with the results. They looked great I just wanted a little more trim on ones ears. We have hired congas twice to groom our Yorkie. We live in Delray and from time to time they travel north so we shedule a grooming when they are in town. Each time has been great. My Yorkie DNKY is very hyper, Luis came on Saturday to bathe and cut DNKY's hair and I was concerned that he wouldn't behave. Luis told me if he couldn't handle DNKY he would let me know, to my surprise DNKY behaved, I think Luis is a "Dog Whisperer". The first time I used them they cut our Pompoo on the leg. Like an idiot I tried again . This time same dog and our Scottish terrier. What part about Scottie cut was hard to understand I have no idea. They chopped all her hair off. I received ONE text saying her leg would have to be shaved because the hair was matted. I got her back completely shaved. Our dogs always get groomed at the vet. Out of convenience this is the fifth company I've tried and no one can get it right . I'll go back to the Vet. I have been using CONGA & Sammy and his gang for over 3 years I have a 15 year old Golden Retriever who requires special handling as his hips are not as good as they used to be plus he is a large 125 lb dog sweet but huge He is not weight challenged just breed large . I also have a 7 year old Shih Tzu that they give a beautiful puppy cut and put her hair in ribbons the Male Golden Retriever gets a necktie and a scarf he walks around like his is the most beautiful dog in the world Today is my 10 month old puppy also a smaller Golden Retriever his first grooming and Sammy will do a de-shedding and scissor cut as he does not think Bailey's hair can be shaved Shadow gets a shave down he is so hairy and it's too hot for him after his cut his prances around he is so happy !
