We have been using Social Pawz for over 3 years now for boarding for our senior golden. She also gets a full grooming every few months and Social Pawz has an excellent groomer. Now that we have a new puppy to add to the family, he is starting occasional day care here, and will be here for overnight boarding as well. His first day he had an absolute blast and got to play and run with other pups... best part was he came home super exhausted, big win! The staff is amazing and are all dog lovers Our pups always come home happy and well cared for. For us a big plus is all the time they get to actually play instead of just being locked up all day. Jared and his team are nothing short of amazing. They even gave us a free day prior to our first visit for our dog, Clay, to get acclimated to the facility before spending the night. Ended up removing my dog from any type of service here after she physically shit herself on the way in from being so scared of the staff. Shaking, crying and refusing to move. Bazaar, as she's never ever been scared like that. Staff had no explanation as to what could have ever occurred to make her behave that way. Not a place I can recommend anymore. I have been bringing my golden retriever to Social Pawz for daycare the past 3 weeks and we have both been having a wonderful experience. The staff is super friendly and welcoming and they always answer all of questions and concerns. I can tell my puppy has a great time because she sprints up to the door every morning with her tail wagging and is EXHAUSTED from all the fun at the end of every day. Terrible customer service!!!! I made an appointment for 10-11 for drop off. When I got there the guy at the front desk told me my appointment was at 9 and that they couldn't take me. I said it was my first time and I usually just drop off at another salons estimated time but never had to be exact. He started having an attitude. He then got loud and I told him I didn't like the way he was talking to me. As I left I told him am going to write a bad review on his customer service. He then CHASES AFTER ME! I felt so threaten! He was screaming at me and calling me names! I have NEVER experienced this before! It's mental and emotional abuse that I experienced! What kind of people do you have working at this place? If they treat people like this, how do they treat our beloved babies that can't talk and defend themselves? Am so glad I didn't leave my Yogi there. read more

This is five star luxury for dogs. Like Ritz Carlton level. My dog loses his mind every time we pull into the parking lot, and will actually run through the gate links to get inside. If we get into the car and we aren't taking him to daycare he threatens to call PETA on us. It is honestly humiliating how much he would rather be at this daycare than with us, but that is the price of having kids I suppose. He is a small spoiled Yorkie and we were concerned how he would do at daycare but I feel perfectly safe dropping him off knowing he is well taken care of. I found this little gem a few months ago when I met the owner while he was getting ready to open. This place is amazing! It used to be another doggie day care, but the building was bought and refurbished by the new owner. The place is vibrant, super clean, smells good and nothing like your typical dog establishment. They separate large and small dogs for daycare. The outdoors is also separated for dogs by size. The in-ground pool is great for all those water loving dogs. My small dogs love this place, although they don't necessarily like the pool. They even take naps during the middle of the day like in human daycares. They do boarding and grooming as well. That will come in handy when my boys need haircuts. All three of my dogs come home exhausted after playing all day at Social Pawz. Highly recommended. read more

The staff at Social Pawz are incredible. Leaving my (quite difficult to deal with) dog under someone else's care is one of the most stressful things I deal with. Knowing how attached the staff became to him and how much they obviously like him was music to my ears. Above and beyond that, they paid a lot of attention to him, which is basically what he craves and they even washed his bedding for me!!! I will likely be travelling a lot in the near future, and I now have peace of mind knowing I have found reasonably priced care for him. Today we took our 6 month old puppy for his first doggie day care experience and it was great! We dropped him off at 8am and I couldn't wait to pick him up and find out about his day...lol (like he's going to tell me all about it ) We picked him up at 5pm after we spent the day packing. He ran to greet us and then laid down by our feet as we spoke with Julia about his day, so cute! I was pleased to hear he jumped in the pool and went swimming He did not eat his lunch there but as soon as he walked in the house ate, drank and passed out on the tile floor! My dog has been coming here for two days. On her 2nd day she came home with a bacterial eye infection, bad to the point where she could barely open her infected eye. When I brought her in to show them they told me they could take her in and keep her isolated. So they would've openly taken in a dog with a contagious bacterial infection. After that they told me that she could have got it from the pool. So the pool is clearly not properly cleaned if my healthy dog of 10 months catches an infection after her 2nd day. She has been playing with dogs her whole life since 2 months old. Multiple dog parks 2-5 times a week including Snyder park that has a lake. Never had an issue with any sort of infection there. I try to speak to the owner and that was an even worse experience than the young man that I spoke to in the morning (who just talked down to me saying they aren't responsible and read the handbook, which they couldn't even provide to me until I asked about 5 times) The owner started out the conversation asking me things like "do you walk your dog" suggesting that she got it from somewhere else. The last two days she has only been at my home, then the daycare. I just want some accountability by them not completely dismissing me and telling me it's not their fault. Clearly there was an infected dog there that they either missed or just didn't care to examine the dogs closely (considering they offered to take mine in with an infection). The owner kept telling me we could "do this all day" on the phone as he boasted about being a lawyer. I would be careful bringing your dog here as they clearly don't hold any issues accountable by them. If you read older reviews they actually had a dog killed here by another dog, just reassuring me of their poor management. Be careful bringing your dogs here, clearly they don't pay attention as much as you would think. read more

I am so pleased to have found Social Pawz, Our Tripp has been a handful growing up and did not pass his 1st evaluation for Doggie Daycare at Social Pawz. As owners/parents of a large, very active breed - we knew that we needed to our work on more training and socialization, so he can have these experiences.  Once I felt Tripp was ready to go back, I called and they offered him another chance and he passed, even was told he was a totally different dog when he came back from putting in our work. They are so amazing and just had Tripp for 5 days and we can tell by the pics he was loved, def got tons of play and was always in the pool (his fav).  He also has a new BFF there and we are stoked about that too. Kailey is very kind, she took the time to ask how I wanted the babies cut & fixed my awful quarantine cuts! They looked super calm and with their happy faces which is everything for me and my fur children . I wish I could give this place 10 stars!!! We're from New York and came to Florida for the winter. We first went to Social Pawz for daycare and ended up boarding our Toy Aussie multiple time. When we pull up he gets to excited and runs in and when it's time to go he cries and won't leave. He plays all day with the other dogs and staff at the beautiful facility! I have never seen such a great place for dogs- amazing outdoor space and even a pool! They even have a vet who comes on site when needed. My dog was having an eye issue and the vet saw him and prescribed him eye drops. So easy! We will definitely be returning here every time we are in Florida. read more

Do not bring your dog here. They are negligent and do not tell the truth. I dropped my 8 month old in early mornin. Around 2pm, they called and said my dog was being a bully and was bleeding a little. Vet not needed, nothing about him needing to be picked up immediately. I thought my dog was fine. When I saw him later that evening, and inch of his ear had been severed off and he was bleeding all over the floor. I went there the next day asking why they were dishonest and how could they have let my dog bleed all day. And where is the other part of his ear. The staff member says to me, "I really don't have time for this" I contacted the owner demanding surveillance. My dog was not being a bully, but was suddenly attacked by another dog and there were no caregivers present Only the other dogs took notice. It was heartbreaking to see. I got the name of the dog that bit mine. He paid part of the vet bill. Social Pawz neglected my dog, lied and then got defensive and took no responsibility. My family traveled to SFL for Thanksgiving. I was lucky to find boarding for our 2 pups at Social Pawz. The staff was friendly and professional. They were great with our adopted pups, recognizing right away one does better with females and that both were timid around larger dogs. Our pups had a great time. My husband and I recently moved to Fort Lauderdale and we feel so lucky that we found Social Pawz for our corgi! He is very active, and the indoor/outdoor space for daycare is perfect. He stayed for an extended time while we were out of state, and I felt incredibly comfortable and safe. I stayed up to date on their social media page, and Jarad even sent me daily updates and videos! My dog also was due for a vaccine during his stay, and Dr. Gonzalez came to do a visit and vaccination for him during his stay.
