I have no idea, I was trusting Rob at Enlarge Media Group to take care of what I wanted. My website turned out to be a very basic template that I definitely could have done myself. It took Rob 6 months to get my basic website done, and he was next to impossible to get ahold of. In the end he completely disappeared entirely which isn't surprising given his track record. I took the time to give several examples of websites that I liked. What Rob made for me was a basic template. It looked nothing like my examples. I was small simple website- about 3 pages total. He insisted I get off Wix and use Godaddy where he used one of their basic templates to give me a subpar website. I had made several notes about spelling and design errors. I also asked him how I could make changes to simple things such as photos and pricing myself. The only contact I received was them sending me the second half of my bill. He was never quick to respond to me, I usually had to reach out 2-3 times to get a response. In the end I tried texting, calling, and emailing. Zero response from Enlarge Media Group. They fell of the face of the earth after I made the last payment. I ended up wasting $1000+ and A LOT of my time. 6 months for a basic website is a very slow turn around time. Rob said, "Sorry it took so long." After speaking to several other agencies it is clear to me that this is not a quality website creator. They do not really know what they are doing, and you should take your business elsewhere. This was a nightmare experience and they should not offer these kinds of services. I wish I would have looked at reviews before hiring Rob.
