They don't even give the decent courtesy to follow up with a candidate after, not just a phone screening, but two in person interviews. The last interview being a meeting with the Brandtailers owner and team! The recruiter was very clear that this candidate would hear from them no later than Friday 11/12. No answer from the Brandtailers recruiter on Friday. The candidate reached out Friday via email and Tuesday via phone. No response at all. Totally understandable if Brandtailers found a more suitable candidate for the role, but TOTALLY unacceptable not giving a courtesy rejection follow up. This company is completely unprofessional and I would exercise caution if applying here. As someone who is currently in the Human Resources field and heavily involved in my own company's recruitment, I find their lack of follow through appalling.
