Why would you change your warranty just because it was last years? Regardless, we made the purchase. Delivery was easy and schedule was without incident. The first night we woke up to a collapsed side. Upon reporting it a few days later, we expected to hear what most would expect..... we got screwed with a defective mattress with "no warranty". To our surprise Denver fully owned the issue and honored us with not only a replacement BUT With the newest model at that!!! In this day and age what an unbelievable experience! Even a Sleep Number bed with separate controls and sides wouldn't work. We were desperate! We came in to Mattress Firm a month or so ago and talked to CJ who was so INCREDIBLY friendly, knowledgeable and helpful is helping us navigate our options in this long standing decade and a half old dilemma. After both of us trying most of the beds in that store that would have fit our needs, we decided to think on it and went home. After procrastinating a month and my wife not happy, we came back yesterday, and had the pleasure of doing business with CJ! We retried all the beds and were seemingly able to come to a great conclusion with duel twin XL beds, each with our own exact back support needs. I also felt that CJ was a really nice man and a great guy to do business with, very professional, and he gave us a great value, so Thank you SO MUCH CJ and Mattress Firm of Helena! We worked with Paul and ordered our Hunter Douglas window treatments in advance to ensure they could be installed once we moved into our new home. Paul took the measurements himself and assured us everything was perfect (we had to rely on his word given we lived in another state). The blinds were installed today and they're the wrong dimensions. They're externally mounted, which is what we wanted - but they don't reach the end of the trim on the bottom or the right sides. Gallatin Valley Furniture has offered to re-measure and replace the window treatments, however, they have not extended a discount for the inconvenience. Given we spent $13,000.00 on window treatments and expected them to be perfect when installed today, this is completely unacceptable. It's bad business. We've pulled our order, requested a refund, and will be working with another vendor for both this home and our new build. We prefer to work with a vendor who values our business.
