My new sectional sofa was delivered yesterday . I purchased it last week at Conlin's. I thought I purchased the floor model as the price was very reasonable. When it was delivered it was factory wrapped and totally new. My delivery crew were great. They unwrapped the sofa outside and due to my door openings they had to carry it through the front door into the living room and dining room and through the doorway to the family room. We were looking at purchasing a couch at Conlin's, and was told 8-9 weeks for delivery. That wasn't going to work for us, so the sales staff promised in writing they could get the couch delivered in 3-4 weeks if we purchase it that day. Five weeks later, 4 of 5 sections of the couch showed up. The manager let us know the missing piece would take two more weeks to arrive which is ridiculous because the missing piece was supposedly in Billings 225 miles away. We are now going on seven weeks without the complete set. We would like to return everything for a refund, but their fine print doesn't allow it. Not to mention how rude the sales staff is in dealing with our problem. read more

I purchased a leather chair from Conlins just 3 years ago. I specifically asked for a top grain leather chair and was told the one I purchased was a top grain. Well in just 2 years the arms started cracking and now have large holes in both arms. Is that what a true top grain leather would do--I don't think so. I was lied to!! Thank goodness for Steele's. I purchased a leather couch from them about 15 years ago and it still looks new. I will NEVER purchase a thing from Conlins again. read more

We just moved to the area and we were in desperate need of furniture fast. I walked in ready to buy a bedroom set, dining room table, and living room set. I ended up walking out without making a purchase at all! The selection is limited, the prices are pretty steep, and I was left to shop alone the entire time. I understand it's Butte and there isn't a HUGE selection anywhere, but there are other stores in the area that are more attentive to their customers and have a better selection than this store (Steele's is a great spot). Wish I could say more about this place :( read more

I purchased a recliner from Conlin's on July 22nd to be delivered. I had a different material added so they said a month. It is now Oct. 13th and we haven't heard a word from them. I will be requesting a refund and taking my business back to Steeles. read more
