When it was delivered it was factory wrapped and totally new. My delivery crew were great. They unwrapped the sofa outside and due to my door openings they had to carry it through the front door into the living room and dining room and through the doorway to the family room. Besides some copper mugs and barware, a few pieces of jewelry and some souvenirs the copper made up a very small percentage of what they sell. This is more like a Home Goods/Hobby Lobby home decor kinda place. Nice dish towels, a few pieces of furniture, plates, paintings, etc that you would buy to decorate your house, but most of it has no copper in it or anything to do with it. Just feel very annoyed they push the copper angle like they have a ton of stuff and then when you get there its hardly anything.
