They get 2 stars because the initial sales-person I was interacting with was a well dressed, very polite individual. Unfortunately, he was new (second day) and had to ask for help from another employee. (There were 3 employees and myself in the store at the time) The other two employees were busy talking to each other and came across as uncaring about losing my business over this. Suggestion for anyone in sales: when encountering a situation where the customer is unhappy and says that you are about to lose their business, maybe say something like, "Let me call my boss as ask them what we can do."

Then when she realized she was wrong she didn't say anything else about the credit check. They finance with Syncrony Bank. Syncrony Bank keeps sending me to Sleep Number customer service. Sleep Number keeps telling me it's the bank and I need to call them. I finally disputed the interest charges per Sleep Number's recommendation & Syncrony Bank denied the claim and hit my credit and knocked it backwards. Sleep Number has been less than helpful after they got my money. Go somewhere else for a bed....and don't ever finance anything with Syncrony Bank...ever! One other gotcha. They give you a lifetime warranty on the bed. Sounds good eh? But if you ever need anything done, you get to pay technician charges and mileage.
