They have a great baby's clothing section that we now find things for our recently added granddaughter. There's a room dedicated to Montana stuff which is neat and refreshed routinely. I've been to Great Falls a few times and never realized what Dragonfly Goods actually offered. Today I spent an hour and half browsing through the entire store and wow, I love this store. Such a large and diverse collection of nice women's clothes of all types from formal to sporty casual. Also has kids, things for home and gifty items. I love the Liverpool brand too which ranges from casual to smart professional. The prices may be a bit high for this area but this is a great place to find a new outfit! read more

Wow! You want a dress come here! I stop with only 1/2 hour left as shop closes at 5:30. They were really nice. I found 2 dresses for upcoming family members with graduations and weddings. Dresses are quality and reasonably priced. read more

If I could give a lower rating I would. The prices here are beyond reproachable and the owner is an egocentric business woman who cares more about making money than the city that supports her. She is a huge reason our downtown has struggled with a monopoly over business leases and locations. You'd be better off taking your business elsewhere. She massively increased rent prices to force out a downtown diner, one that had so much history in Great Falls, then used the space as increased display space. Stay clear. read more

This shop has an overwhelmingly large selection of mechanize - specifically women's clothing. They also have some cute stuff for kids and babies although it is a tad bit expensive. Dragonfly is absolutely my favorite store in Great Falls! The owner is so sweet and really knows her customers. They also carry my favorite line, Joseph Ribkoff! The store is HUGE! I was here once ( first and last time). Got followed around. When asked why, this lady had the nerve to tell me she followed us around because we made eye contact with her. I doubt that was her actual reasoning at all. Which is just repulsive. That said, they are all horrifically judgmental people. And the manager seems to fully condone her employee's behavior. On top of that, anyone I have asked about them have similar things to say. They all seem to be prejudice and uppity. Neither them nor their store is a gift to anyone. Their unpleasant, snobby attitudes are certainly not a gift to this community either. read more

So thankful for this store in downtown Great Falls! They do such a nice job. I always buy my mom something for Christmas and they are so helpful every time. If I have special occasion I always stop there for a quality dress. They have the cutest baby stuff! My sister just got the cutest dress there for her anniversary date. The store has very cute items but the owner and people who work there are very unpleasant. I walked in and right away was questioned why I was there and was treated like I wasn't welcome. I don't understand what I did to be treated like I was going to steal. I was looked up and down and questioned for being there. A place that does this to customers is horrible, I did nothing but spend money in their store! They treat patrons like dirt and if you don't look rich or fancy, you will be treated like a potential thief. The first time I shopped here in the spring of 2016 the staff was amazingly warm and welcoming. I've been back to the store twice and have noticed a significant decline in the customer service. It felt like I was inconveniencing them by being in the store. It's too bad for the decline - the store carries beautiful clothing, jewelry, shoes, decor items, lovely gifts, and a lot of Montana themed items. We will most likely not be returning. read more

Been to this store a few times hoping to get different results. Silly me. Elitist staff make you feel like you're in the wrong place. You know what comes to mind? The scene from the move Pretty Woman where she's treated like trash in the boutique. Purchased a few items, but due to a discrepancy in price on an item I removed it from the few items on the counter. Apparently, that particualr item came with a free bracelet which the clerk had already placed in my bag. She actually said, "I hate to be an Indian giver, but I'm gonna need the bracelet back." Really?! Indian giver. What century are we living in? I HATE THIS STORE!!!!!!! Also, I'd like to note that several years back I did e-mail the owner, Allison, regarding how my sister and I were tailed through the store like we were thieves. No response. Fun and adorable store! Plenty of styles, colors, and items to choose from. Clothes, baby items, household decor, and seasonal decorative items. I purchased a lot of Great Falls and Montana-themed items since we are from NJ. They gave me free gifts for spending over $100 and the 'get lost (in Montana)' stickers were available here for free as well. Items were a bit on the pricey side but well worth it! read more
