This vape shop was responsible for me quitting smoking over 10 years ago. It's a shame that the government has benoni clue that adults vape flavor juices.Why they had to ruin there business by taking away their best vape juices which are the house juices that you where able to get with whatever amount of nicotine you needed. Plus it tasted better than any name brand juice and they had over a hundred different flavors but now zero because the corrupt government doesn't get kickbacks like they do from the big corporate juice makers. On top of that their juices made the coils last twice as long saving you more money on coils and on the price of their house juices. Thanks Connecticut for screwing over the small business. Gold buyer/ ecig store? Stopped here quickly while passing thru. Place is a complete joke, three employees in the store and no customers and not one of them stopped to say hi. When I asked a question about the rdas behind the counter the employee acted like I was bothering him and threw them on the counter. They don't know the prices or anything about the product they sell Every employee there was smoking an ego twist and they appear to have no idea about advanced vaping. These guys wont tell you if its a clone. Their answer is there is no such thing as an authentic. They wont mention if the flavor you are buying will eat the tank you're buying it with. They may or may not give you the right charger, good luck with that. Their clearomizers fall apart easily. They are nice till you have all kinds of issues. I do have to say their juices are good. UPDATE: The response to my review has made me even less likely to return, and I had considered still getting juice here as that is the one thing they are good at. Piss poor customer service. Nothing says "please come again" like accusations. I am not a competitor. If I was, I certainly wouldn't need to bash CT Vapors on Yelp. The 3 items at the local convenience store is more likely to attract my business than these guys. I have no appreciation for how they treat their customers. As for "Authentic products" - No, this is a clone. Am I an expert? No, you can tell the difference by simply laying eyes on the real McCoy. These "authentic" batteries are already starting to fail, and every single clearomizer I purchased there didn't even survive long enough for me to need to replace the coil or wicks. Owner never offered me any of the parts that I bought at his cost, as he claimed that he did in response to my review. I had about 7 items that quickly stopped working. Each time, he quickly blamed ME for them not working, although he ignored my insistence that I did not just toss them into my purse randomly or abusively have them slamming around in my pocket, etc. I take care of my things. He wouldn't listen to reason and no matter what I said, accused me of having done something wrong to cause them to malfunction. Again, never offered me replacements at his cost, as he said he did. Untruth. Was I happy with the things for 3 months as he said? No, I was happy for the first day or two when they worked. It took me three months to drive all the way back to where the shop is (I don't live close) to attempt to get them replaced. Still, I spent more money on other supplies while I was there. Both of the new ecigs I bought from him THAT day also don't work anymore (won't hold any charge) I suppose that's my fault too, so instead of taking them back and getting aggrevated with whatever he's going to tell me next, I'm just tossing them out. The only HAPPINESS I got from this store was their ejuice. Want a nice compliment? There ya go, your ejuices are very good. The prices on the ejuice are reasonable, too. Tasty and great, so kudos to the ejuice making peoples. But the easily breaking products which are costly, and then as a customer being blamed for EVERY SINGLE THING that just stopped working NOT due to any neglect on my part? Heck no, bad customer service. And again, on his reply, there he is blaming me again for mistreating every single product and I'm the one making them not take a charge anymore, right? yeah, sure, it was all me, whatevz. Went in to see what they have usually travel to Milford for all my vaping needs. Went in and they didn't know what they are selling I've been vaping for 6years now and never seen a store with such little respect for their customers and the vaping community. Everyone on staff using Ego-C twist and nothing else. They tried to pretend they knew what they were selling but unfortunately they were wrong. I own many authentic mods and they tried passing me off clones as authentic products for the clone price...I suggest going somewhere better for your things because this place is a complete and total joke! Picture this. I was cruising in my 305 horse power pony just living the life. My girl, Sugartits, by my side, listening to Beebo on the spotify all the youngins are talking about. Life was going good. We look to our right and see a sign telling me I can sell some gold and such. I stroll in looking to sell my grandmas medallion from the holocaust because ya know, it's ugly and shit. Anyway, I enter through the front door and get hit in the face with a cloud of fruity delight. What is this aroma I wonder. I see my boy Leon behind the counter and he tells me to quote unquote, "hit this shit". He hands me an electronic cigarette vaporizer atomizer mcdeluxe 3000. I press that button, suck in, and immediately get dizzy and fall on my ass. What a fucking rush. My girl hit it and is still in a comatose state. Idk what this boy had in his juicy tank but my goodness it was tasty. I trade in my grandmas medallion and he hands me a big ole fat vapey boy. I grab my girl and haul that ass back to the car. Who knew that chain smoking this thing would lead to a life of horrible drug abuse? Not me but oh well. I get out a rehab next week. Ok i went to the new store on main st in east haven i usually go to another store but ct vapors was closer well first i went on line to check out prices i have a few ecigs and i wanted coils well on line they were one price( 5.89) for a 5 pack so i went they charged me a lot more and the really rude dude who popped his head up after i had to yell hello..anyone working i was the only one in there i really needed them and had to get a ride so i bought them (13.00) when i asked why there cheaper on line he said quote" really i dont know" the funny thing was when he pushed the buttons on the register he was gonna charge me the 5.89 then he cleared it and changed it to each coil sepr.well my fault for spending there and i did say i wouldnt be back. I was interested in Vapor smoking so I went to this establishment. I was greeted halfheartedly, and the staff seemed as if they would like to be anywhere but there trying to help me. I bought a starter kit that seemed overpriced to me, and when I purchased it, none of the staff showed me how it worked, or how to put it together, or how to fill it with the e-liquid. They were not helpful at all with anything. A day later I went back because one of my tanks was not working properly and it took four of the employees to eventually figure out the problem. I also had problems with the charger I was given. When I went to return it for another, they rudely plugged it in and proceeded to tell it was fine when I was still having a problem with it. One of the employees said he would give me a new one, but when he turned his back, he gave me my old charger back, which I and my friend witnessed. These people are not friendly for running a business, and are not very knowledgeable. While I was there, there was other customers there with more complaints than mine, but as always they just try to avoid helping you. They always say you must be doing something wrong for the product not to be working. I would not recommend this establishment to anyone. I have since went elsewhere, and am much more satisfied. read more

This is the worst business I have had experience with. I would give them 6 months before they are out of business. Important to a successful business are quality products, good customer service, and integrity...they do not have any of those!! I purchased a starter kit that was $12 cheaper on website which they told me was because of convenience and now have added a tag line to website that was not there prior, they have also changed wording of return policy. The poor quality product that I purchased leaked a whole tank of juice within the first day. The response I continually and several times received was that I bent it and it's fragile and be careful how I put it in my purse. The owners resolution was to blame me and hang up on me. I will spread my experience as much as possible and will never go back to this business. I will spend my money and business else where. Any business is better than this one. I look forward to an asinine response like the others that demonstrate the lack of integrity and customer service and where I am blamed even more for poor quality products that are knock offs... read more

Stopped in for the first time today. I'm not from the area so I cant imagine stopping in again. Overall their selection of juices is good. They carry a lot of premium juices and the price was good. Around $21 for premium juice. I drove by the store at first because I thought it was a pawn shop. Huge signs that say "We Buy Gold". Then I noticed the small sign that said CT Vapors. I expected to walk in and find a pawn shop but it was a vape store. A bit disorganized but seemed all right. The staff was friendly enough until he asked what Vape shop I usually go to. Told him I go to a place in Mass (Vape Bar Escape, LLC. Southwick MA) Told him I like going there because they have the largest selection of juice I have seen anywhere. Apparently he took offense to this. With a slight tone of condescension he explained "We don't just buy any juice to fill our shelves". Then when his coworker came out he said in the same tone "He's used to a larger selection *chuckle*". At this point I bought my juice and left. Not the greatest first impression. Overall not a bad experience. If I'm in the area again and need juice I'll stop in but I'm not gonna drive an hour out of my way to go there. read more
