The person who told me they couldn't do it rudely said "nobody here does that type of sh!t. So you need to look around for another tattoo shop. Red flag #2. Then that same person told me to look through the book for other designs and their selection was basically something you'd see on one of the devil's rejects. Flag #3. My fiancé still went walking to add to his tattoo. He wanted a meander pattern and shaded areas to his already existing tattoo. Ya know, to bring it out more. AND THIS IS WHAT HE GOT. I recently stop by on my trip from Chicago and Tom was willing to come in on his day off to accommodate my schedule for a couple pieces. My father has also had a couple tattoos from him as well. He is very friendly and cares about the art more than just throwing a tattoo on someone. His personal pride is seen in every piece he does. He attention to detail work is second to none. They have great prices. He seems to accept walk in but I would recommend setting up an appointment because he does like to ensure he can give you all the attention to your art piece. On top of tattooing Tom does painting which seems to be something he is truly into. He definitely foremost an artist and like I said before he displays it in every tattoo and painting. If you happen to meet any of his costumers they all seem to say the same thing and always return. Hopefully this helps you make a decision. If you want an average run of the mill tattoo this might not be the place but if you want a beautiful piece of art that while last years this is your place.

Seems like major lack of training on due diligence on customer profiles and administrative knowledge of the system/memberships for consistent customer experience. Have gone to location in short pump area and intend to continue to go there, but was signed up at this location and has been like pulling teeth until I got a hold of Madison! Was so excited to finally treat myself with my second massage ever and the free facial they include as a first month option. (This is not available to transfer to other locations nor a massage...I would have done so in a heartbeat if could do either as this location is 45 min from me. I understand that though, of course, makes sense.) I work and study very long hours, and have never pampered myself much, so I was really looking forward to it. Filled out forms prior, had the best time with Ashley, was feeling relaxed and blissful, and was met by a woman immediately after walking out of my massage asking if I had gotten Botox recently, which was on my form filled out prior to arriving at the location altogether. She explained the timeline is not doable, bummer, ok. I follow up with question about light pressure and that I am a mere couple days short of the time threshold. Still no, all good! Another woman walks out and I am getting a circular talking to by both women while I am clearly growing increasingly uncomfortable to the point of tears and keep saying it's ok thank you so I can leave. Additionally, one of the women also said that it was really on my injector to have told me about this specifically a couple times...I agree communication is a virtue...why are we assigning blame everywhere else lol. Just speechless. Def a case of whiplash emotionally. The other woman at the front desk (not sure of name, also very pleasant) finally expedited the tip/check out process which I was so grateful for!! They did offer to reschedule but this was a pre-busy season gift, far away from me, and I actually cannot deal with this location again lol. Shocked Ashton Kutcher didn't pop out because it felt like getting punk'd. I never leave reviews, but it has honestly felt like a fever dream, and I imagine the franchisee would like to be aware. I chose a pair for $88. My bill was for $137. When I looked at my bill later, they charged $95 for the earrings, another charge for the protection plan, and another charge for cleaning solution. I did not at any time request the solution or a protection plan, nor was I asked if I wanted it. I would have said no to both. Be careful if you decide to go there.

However, when it came time to paint our nails, they asked if we wanted gel, even though we had already picked out our colors. They did not inform us that it would be $17 per person to get gel. Even though my daughter asked the woman if it would be extra and she said no. We were upset upon leaving because we were charged $51 more than we expected. We did not feel that it was clearly communicated that the gel was an up charge. We asked to speak to a manager and they told us the manager was not there. The people working there also tried to blame it on us that we should have asked. We will not be devoting our time or our money to this place because of our experience.
