He was professional and respectful and left my living room spotless after inspecting and cleaning my fireplace. We received a comprehensive report on the state of our fireplace with recommendations and quotes for everything that wasn't perfect, but Matt was careful to reassure my husband that our fireplace was in great shape for its age (close to 100!) and all the updates would simply be to get it up to current codes. He gave us all the info we needed but no pressure to buy additional services. We have recommended him to friends and will use him for our annual inspections and cleaning from now on, and when we are ready to make the big updates, he will be the one we call for sure.

They even ran into a few snags (our property is on city sewer and we had no idea there was an abandoned septic tank right where we were putting the patio!) and still got everything completed in a reasonable time frame. The crew was also respectful of our house and took care to clean up the job site when they were finished. We trusted them enough to give them a key to the house so they could access the restroom during the day and store their equipment at night. The work they did is beautiful and we couldn't be happier. Chris is passionate about hardscapes and it shows in his work ethic and the end product. I'd highly recommend Trinity Landscapes, and I'm already planning future projects with them!
