My hygienist Alexandra was extremely kind and considerate throughout the whole appointment, and took the time to listen to my medical history and ask questions- honestly not even my family doctor was as thorough as she was lmao She always ensured my comfort came first, and was able to provide prevention techniques for me without judgement. Obviously any place that needs to maintain a new look has to go through renos and construction to offer better services,newer look and hospitality for their clients. Since regularly seeing Dr. Shiff, I no longer fear the dentist. The staff are warm and friendly and make sure that the patient is comfortable. Dr. Shiff is down to earth. Examinations and cleanings DON'T hurt. In fact, I was so comfortable the last time that I almost fell asleep...asleep with tools in my mouth. Like a regular day at the spa. Dr. Shiff is also excellent at finding other oral or facial problems (skin, jaw, etc). The only negative aspect, is that it's difficult to become a new patient. You'll have to wait for cancellations. Sure that may be nagtive, but it's always a good sign. I'm looking forward to my next appointment!

I was left sitting in the waiting room and no one said anything to me. After a half hour, I approached the receptionist and asked how much longer I would have to wait. She said, Oh, the dentist had an emergency! I said, well I had an appointment scheduled and no one mentioned that he had an emergency and it was going to take long and it would have been appreciated if someone had mentioned it to me! She said well, it shouldn't be much longer. I waited again another half hour without anyone asking if I'd like to re-schedule. I had to once again approach the receptionist and asked if I should re-schedule. Then she said oh, yes, I think so, so we re-scheduled for the following week. The following week, I showed up 15 minutes early. I checked in. She said ok, it shouldn't be long. I said to myself, I am going to give them 15 minutes and if I'm not seen by then, I'm leaving. I waited and waited and even waited an additional 15 minutes, so 30 minutes in total and they still didn't call my name or give me any reason for the long wait once again! I just got up and left without saying anything. I never received an apology or a phone call to this day! I guess after all these years, I am not a valued customer!

I have since been coming to this dental clinic for approximately 5 years. As mentioned, the location is really great. The clinic is welcoming, warm and clean. The hours here are great. They often open as early as 7:30am (I think) allowing you to come by before work. Staff here are always friendly and courteous. They've always dealt with my insurance well too, if I owe anything they usually just give me a call, rather than having me pay upfront too. I like this, this is convenient for me. They have a program here too, each referral will earn you a gift card of sorts. I referred a friend, and they issued me a $25 Mastercard gift card! Amazing! My only complaint about this dental clinic is the high turn over in staff. It seems I have a new hygienist and dentist every time I visit... The receptionist is positively fabulous. She has a positive attitude, always greets me with a smile, and is a whiz with insurance processing. Dr. Kassis is an excellent dentist--she is frank and understanding. She is genuinely concerned about her patients' well being and is very professional. I found that Dr. Kassis and her team of dental assistants and hygienists to be knowledgeable, understanding, and gentle with all those annoying poking tools. I did not feel rushed; if I needed a break to rest my mouth they were happy to accommodate. What's really great about the staff at Dr. Kassis' office is they always know who you are and make you feel welcome.
