So whenever anyone needed recommendations for home improvement, we always turned them to 3 Feathers. My dad needed an old patio step demolished and rebuilt. He lives in an HOA so the HOA is very particular about the type of step that can be put in. We trusted Camille and his crew with helping my dad out. We figured he'd be in good hands since we were loyal customers with 3 Feathers. Camille and his crew no-show twice to my dad's house. These were scheduled appointments. The first no-show, we figured that they were just busy and it slipped their mind. Then the second no-show happened. There was no customer service in explaining themselves on why they were no-shows. This was very atypical of the experience that we had with Camille and his crew. After the second no show they never responded and haven't since. That was phone calls and emails. We also had our gutters fixed (last job by them for us) by them and realized that they were leaking in spots. We reached out to them to try to help us with what's going on and once again they ghosted us. So, not sure what's going on with their business. Very sad when we have worked with them so much.

Destructive, Do Not Hire…read more I don't like giving bad reviews, but I had to give this one. My ex-wife hired Boxx Boys to move her personal items out of my house a week ago. During the move, the team drove their moving truck onto my lawn in the rain and damaged my lawn with their truck and furniture dolly. Worse, they brought their dolly into the house and used it on my vintage hardware floors without putting anything down to protect them first. The floor is now permanently scratched in the pattern of the dolly's wheels. I'm not sure if my ex-wife has contacted them yet to file a complaint, but I thought the Yelp community should know about my experience with this company. If this company is truly better than the team they sent, I hope they'll contact me to make amends. If they do so, I will post an update here so the community can see how this company responds to negative reviews. If they do not, then I'll post this review to other sites to ensure that people understand what they may be risking if they hire Boxx Boys.

I met with Sara Kline (one in person consultation and the rest via phone, as I live out of state), who went over all the various services Parsonage offered and showed me a ton of pictures from her portfolio. From the beginning, she was always willing to listen to what I wanted, what our budget was (this was a deal breaker with some of the other florists, who would quote things out of our budget or change the flowers so drastically that it wasn't even close to what I wanted), flexible when I decided to change things, and had lots of great suggestions to make things work best. Our flowers turned out great - I was so worried that our arrangements would look too small (I wasn't into the whole tall centerpiece thing), but they were perfect. We got so many compliments on the simplicity but yet modern style we chose for our flowers. Sara also suggested tying our gold theme into the flowers by using gold glitter in the water. We ended up getting a mix of white hydrangeas, blush peonies, blush ranunculus, and assorted pink stock. Parsonage also provided all the candles and vases - we were doing a gold theme, so I really wanted gold Mercury glass, which they had no shortage of! We booked our linens too, since we got a 10% discount for doing it all together. We had no issues with the delivery out to Ann Arbor and pickup was just the same. Would definitely recommend to any bride in the metro Detroit area!
