We hired Jonathan luff to fight our love one's case and he did nothing at all. He had him sit in a…read moreprison cell for a whole year . He told the judge he need time to subpoena witnesses and look at evidence. He did none of that. Instead he forced him into a deal stating that my love one didn't stand a chance of winning his case because he was a 57 year old black man facing a all white juror in Delaware county . He would lose because of his skin color and age. That was the bases of him forcing my husband of taking a plea de that landed him in ice custody. If he at least did his best with the case or stepped away from it I would have respected that. But he did nothing. He told us we paid him for his opinion not to defend my husband. I have PTSD because of this man. We should have lept the public defender. Worse ever.
