We recommended a friend who also just moved, and he found exactly what he wanted and received it the next day. The couch was ~$900, and the full, plush top mattresses were ~$300! Way better than waiting 8 weeks and paying a ton at other furniture stores!

You may not receive the same quality product as displayed at the LC store. I bought a couch that…read more(in store) had good support, was comfortable, and easy to get up from. What was delivered was a couch with inferior cushions and less support compared to the floor model. It is very uncomfortable and difficult to get up from, like a worn out couch. I'm out of town a lot, so it took a while to realize the problem. Since I had purchased the warranty, Howell sent someone out to inspect, who commented that sometimes the factory is provided with or uses different materials when constructing the furniture. To me, that means you may not get what you were sold. The store doesn't deny the discrepancy, but says I took too long to resolve and won't even switch out with the floor model. So I'm stuck with a very expensive and uncomfortable couch that is not being used.

They also offer a complete selection of high quality Above Ground pools, Hot Spring Spas, & BioGuard chemicals and supplies. They also offer a full-service pool service, providing full-time, year-round, expert pool maintenance & repairs. That being said....this place is expensive. Now, if you're independently wealthy or a lottery winner, this is the pool store for you. It would be nice, but frankly I do not need a $4000 patio set to complete my outdoor experience. I balance my own water and don't need somebody to tell me the pH is low, but if you have problems with Algae or the like, they may have some useful guidance for you....but then again so does Google. I am a bit perturbed that they do not repair pool pump and filter equipment....this is more or less a 3.5 star rating rounded up to 4 because I know they do good design and installation work.
