Bought a dryer on 4/24. First time use did not heat up at all. Brought back for the 30 day warranty on 4/27 Saturday talked to Bobby and was told 2 repairs in front of mine to leave a number for call back. Never got a call back, checked back in at 2:30 and they were closed. Also closed on Sunday. Call back 4/29 Monday morning Bobby has no idea about my dryer, I tell him name and number and he tells me he'll call back when it's ready. Never called back to inform me of anything, I walk in at 3:30 to Bobby playing on his phone and tells me, "oh yeah I talked to you this morning bring your dryer in." I re-explain everything and he tells me it's fixed and it's been sitting outside. Now I'm sitting here waiting for somebody to load it up while they argue who's going to do it. I will never buy from here again and will tell everyone how horrible the experience was. If I could give negative stars I would read more

This was easily the easiest and most enjoyable appliance buying experience I've ever had. I'm still rebuilding my life after Laura. Lost damn near everything so it's not like I have money to throw around right now. I went in, was immediately greeted by a charming fellow named Jesse. He asked me what I was looking for( washer/dryer ) and can I say nothing is worse than not having a washer dryer and trying to work 50 hours a week but, I digress. My budget was pretty low so I went in with low expectations but soon realized that I was about to be able to get something better than I had in the first place! Jesse quickly brought me over to the selections and there was one in particular that caught my eye. I I got the washer of my dreams and I'll admit that I know nothing about dryers. He pointed one out to me that he recommended and was in my price range. I locked it down and they loaded it in our truck. I really wish I could give it on - 1 million. 0 for 4 with these people. The week before Thanksgiving I bought a stove and a refrigerator. Week later the refrigerator crapped out. They wanted me to bring it back and not have it for the entire weekend losing all the food in it. I demanded my money back I got it. I had to go buy a new one and I did lose a quite a bit of food. Then I had also bought a washer and dryer that they delivered at the same time they picked up the I thought. Dryer did not dry properly took two rounds and washer would have to hit the spin cycle several times to get the water out. Ignored it for a couple of weeks then the washer crapped out with a load a water in it. Just buzz wouldn't do anything. So I returned both for fixing. They brought it back. It's been about a month and the washer is now doing the spin cycle crap again where if it's a medium small load it still has to go through to spin cycle to get all the water out. Then 2 months in the oven craps out. They're willing to wave the fee a $50 but I had to find a way to bring it there and then get it back which meant at least a $60 one way trip. Ended up just lose the money and buy me a new one. In the past have done business with Bernards who is now out of business and Iowa appliances who were fabulous. Both did reliable work. When you got it you knew it worked. This place is junk. Should have known when I was standing in there and you were getting numerous calls that there were problems I shouldn't have bought from here read more

Bought a used washer and dryer. Neither one of them worked when I brought them home. It was obvious that they were tested. I had to go back there twice. The first time, the same day I bought them, they tried to blame the failure of the drier on me saying that I transported it incorrectly. I watched them take it apart and the motor was in pieces - not something that could have happened in transport. The second time the owner, Matt, claimed that I never went into their store (even when the other employees said they clearly remember me). Then they refused to fix it because I didn't have a physical copy of the receipt - even though I could show the purchase on my credit card statement and the other employees said they remembered me purchasing the units there. GO TO AMAZON. IT'S CHEAP AND THEY WORK. I bought another set on amazon (amazingly for $200 each new). That's less than I paid at Matt's. Best part: they when I brought them home and still work months later. read more
