Well the service received I. Store was great but when it came for me to get my recliner I was told I would have it the next dat. I call today and was told the pickup was closed Tuesday and Thursday. But I was told I could ick it up today. Was put on hold than my sales Edson came on the line and said they were running late and it would be here at 2;45. I was going to go here and get my mom a new sofa for mother's day. I just wanted to look, but instead was followed around. I found one but my gut told me to check yelp reviews. Based on how management handles complaints on Yelp alone, i'm not purchasing anything here. It seems it's there's a problem they just push you off somewhere else, and I'm not comfortable with that. Horrible. Paid an amount extra $100 for delivery of an item that was already in store. Delivery guys claimed they came out 30 minutes after call and waited 15 minutes for me to arrive home. They only stayed about 10 minutes. Would not redeliver for another 3 days. I already waited 2 days for them to deliver. Just request a refund. I'll never do service with Conn's again. read more

Just like any other furniture/kitchen appliance store. Never was a fan of staff shadowing you as you walked through the store and asking every 5-10 minutes if we were finding everything alright and making me feel like I was in a car lot. Hopefully this is not how they normally operate but it may be something others like to have; I just end up feeling harassed. As you walk in you have kitchen appliances to your left (refrigerator, stoves etc) as well as laundry room appliances. Decent amount of appliances but nothing comparable to Home Depot, Lowes or larger furniture and appliance stores. Farther down you have electronics and to the left you have living room furniture and a handful of bedroom furniture. Didn't really take the time to look at the prices since as soon as we had thought to glance at a furniture or appliance, a staff member was immediately hovering over us asking if we wanted to buy it or if we were finding everything okay. I apologize if this post comes off rude, I'm not intending it to be, I just personally don't like being repeatedly asked if everything is okay or if I'm interested in purchasing an item on every single product that I look at...I must have some personal space issues :) If you're wanting a larger selection, you may try another store but please don't let this review sway you either way if you have never been in. Who knows, they may have the exact thing you're looking for; I just sadly did not find what I was looking for. read more

I was harassed and threatened, then asked to leave after testing the sound equipment that I was considering adding to my contract. I don't understand how the manager of all people can act this way and get away with it... Also - All giftcard incentives are bogus, they partner with a different company that some how never answers the phone and never calls back- I've gone into the store 5 SEPARATE times to try and redeem the giftcard I received in the mail and this is always the case. The card expires in a couple of weeks and I'm sure the not much will change between now and the. Correct me if I'm wrong but isn't that false advertising? I would have never leased the TV that I did without the giftcard incentive ;that seems to be irredeemable... read more

The customer service was great in store. I reason for one star is because after the purchases are made that is when the real trouble begins. It was explained to me that I a 10 day period of which my payment can be made. that information is not correct. Before the 10 days is complete this company has FOREIGN individuals harassing you each and every hour. I contacted customer service to request a history for payments it took them 3 months before I received this information. This company does not offer a discount for early payoffs. I really appreciate the ease of approval but I hope and pray that I NEVER have to use their services ever again. Take it from me if you have other options please use them. read more

I wouldn't recommend or refer anyone EVER to purchase anything from Conn's. Less than 1 year after purchasing merchandise, my dryer has been repaired twice. I also bought a living room sofa set which has been "patched up" once and is in need of repairs again. Customer service passes you along to the next person and it seems that nobody will take responsibility and honor the service agreement that I'm paying for. It has been months since I've reached out regarding my furniture repairs and have yet to have anyone begin. This has been an absolutely horrible interaction and I regret ever spending my money with them. My advice... do yourself a favor and purchase from somewhere else! I would not recommend this store to anybody I have made my payments over 13 months two to three weeks early on an average never been late they keep upping my credit limit then I decided to go back and repurchase something else from the get-go it was a nightmare I should have known better was lied to by the furniture Department he told me he was a manager and was not then they told me that they could not wrap my old account up with my new account so I contacted a district manager and a head store management found out that the guy in the furniture Department he was not a store manager...He told me that because I asked for a manager,so he said he was till I called back an spoke to someone else.So they talked me into coming in and said that they would resolve everything. I spoke to a lady that just transferred from Southern Louisiana she was very kind and told me customer service's number one she assigned me to a sales lady that she recommended, Andover see the whole sale. Then we had trouble because they wanted to charge us for their insurance policy to cover the products which week pay month to month and have a renter's policy already just sent them a copy two weeks prior to this new sale.Not to mention I paid almost half of what I spent at the store on Conns warranty plan..Two and a half weeks later they call me and tell me I need to come back in that they made a mistake on the contract I am paying outrageous interest 20+ and they said they did not charge me enough interest...And that I needed to come back in to redo my contract. What a joke.... I've been a Conns customer for over a year now. it's seems after a year I call or come in an get the run around an get treated like a total idiot.theI do want to say the delivery guys are great always been polite and helpful. I thought the manager was nice too but I spoke to a lady named shawanna another manager and she is terrible rude and unprofessional.She resolved nothing at all...I would not recommend this place to anybody once I get this account resolved and paid I would not come back no matter what..... and if you don't believe me read some of their Better Business Bureau reports of what they've done to other customers... read more

I ordered a refrigerator mid November and was told it would be delivered in a couple of weeks. Two weeks later I was told it was on back order and would be another month. Well guess what a month has past and was told it would be another month and they didn't know why it wasn't delivered because people that made the same order for the same thing had done got there's. So i just said the heck with it at this point and I call and tell them to just cancel my order and they were like we can have it delivered tomorrow. Really is this really happening what a way to conduct business. And in the middle of all this I had went in first thIng one mmorning to talk to someone about all this and the store didn't open on time there was a line of people and I had to call to get someone to open the door and everybody was standing up front talking and continued there conversation and we had to stand there until they were done before we got help. The next day, my husband got 6 calls throughout the day asking if we were still interested. Each time my husband said no and to stop calling us. The last time they called (5 minutes ago) my husband said "Look, my wife ordered something online and we do not want to do business with you guys" and the asshole hung up on my husband. I a bought a furniture set a little a month ago. Two weeks after getting the furniture the "decorative stitching" started to fall off. So we took pictures sent it to our sale person and we were instructed to make a claim. We made a claim the following day and a month after we made the claim they finally set someone out to look at the furniture. The person they sent out was a 3rd party person they use. The man that came out looked at the furniture and said that it was definitely a manufacturer defect and took pictures of the furniture along with the tags that are on the couch. He informed us that he was writing it up as a manufacturer defect and we should be hearing from Conn's in a couple days. Well a week past and they finally called us and told us we just need to cut the stitching off as it is suppose to fall off and the white spots that are showing due to the color fading is normal. They then said it all this is happening because of wear and tear. I am not sure who would except that after two weeks for thier furniture to fall apart but I am not one of those people. Now they are telling me that I can exchange the furniture for something new of equal or lesser value BUT if I choose the lesser value I will still be charged for what the original furniture costs. So I will break this down a little bit. I went back to the store and decided to go with a couch and loveseat that only cost $1100 the original furniture cost me $2178 so now the new set that I picked out instead of being $1100 is going to cost me $2178. They are telling me they a doing a good will gesture by letting me exchange it. I would suggest staying away from this place because the managers have no authority at all to make suggestions and they do nothing to help with the issue because they do not have enough power. read more
