All proceeds went directly to one of our local shelters that does amazing work helping pets find homes. She held a drawing for families who brought their pets in for a full photo session and our family was one of the lucky winners. We had our full family (two leggeds and four leggeds) photographed with her a few months later and it was truly an amazing experience. Audrey's professionalism and talent are beyond compare, but what really made her stand out in my mind was her ability to "read" our family and capture us just as we are. An example of this is our youngest daughter, who can tend to be a stinker when she's nervous or out of her element. Audrey was completely patient with her and waited until she was able to relax enough to be photographed. We weren't rushed in any way - she took her time and got some amazing shots of our girls, our pets and our whole family. I have come to love Audrey, not only for her professional talent, but for her personality and spirit. She is wonderful to work with but even better to know.

My now husband was coming home from a 6 month deployment on a submarine & I wanted to have a photographer there and have those as our engagement pictures since we had gotten engaged right before he left on deployment. Holly was familiar with our venue and our getting ready location, the Coronado Community Center and the Glorietta Bay Inn. We were running a bit behind on the wedding day - Holly ensured that we were still able to get in all of the pictures and navigated Coronado like a pro! Melanie was so encouraging and made sure to make each person feel included. Melanie chose a unique location and offered great recommendations on colors, outfits, and accessories. Then she set the timeline to allow for several options of groupings and individual shots for our kids. Melanie brought an assistant with her which seemed to make the difference with lighting and flashes. The super fun part was getting to see a couple tiny previews in her camera display of the progress. We could tell how excited Melanie was, which made us even more excited. A few short days later and we were back in the studio reviewing the gorgeous images. Melanie did such an amazing job it made it hard to choose! We selected one family group for a very large canvas print. The quality and clarity was impeccable.
