His energy was incredible--super cheerful, welcoming, and genuinely helpful. You can tell when someone actually enjoys their job, and Larry definitely gave that vibe. He made the whole experience easy and pleasant, even though I was just passing through. Sometimes the difference between an average shop and a memorable one is the people, and Larry absolutely made this stop memorable.
