The staff at this facility is obviously treated very well because they knew my name when I walked in the door. Luz and Lorraine greeted me with their smiling faces and jolly personalities. I have never gotten there and have had to wait they keep things very timely. This center is a one stop shop. I have been examined and had x-rays, diagnosed, received physical therapy AND massage. The massage therapists are some of the greatest that I have ever had to touch my body. I really want to think of something bad about this place because no where is perfect...except Midtown Medical Center obviously. Another quality that I am just mind blown about is the cleanliness. Since moving to NY I have become a bit of a germaphobe. I carry my wipes and sanitizer and I have not pulled it out once. I heard about her from a well-known author of books on RSI named Dr. Emil Pascarelli. She was tremendously helpful in reducing my chronic pain, and learn exercises that keep muscles strong and prevent painful flare-ups. I think she has expanded her practice in recent years and added other therapists who are trained in the same techniques. I cannot speak highly enough of her.

I had a previous bad experience at a different clinic, and I was super nervous to see another doctor in the city. Dr. Kostant was super kind and informative. The office is really clean and comfortable; there is a nice selection of beverages you can enjoy. I would mention if the strings to your IUD are missing prior to your appointment, because there is some medication that you can take beforehand that can help with that process. I was still able to take the medicine during my appointment, and Dr. Kostant made the time for me to complete my procedure the same day. I was able to use laughing gas and local anesthesia for my procedure, which was definitely an interesting experience. I have a follow-up appointment scheduled in two weeks, and I am sure I will be all set for the next 10 years!
