The Sitting Room provides just that. There are sittings at lunch time, conveniently from 12:30-1:00. There are also later afternoon sittings, and some evening sittings. On Thursday evenings, there are Dharma talks, which impart Buddhist teachings. The room is beautifully appointed and very calming. I would recommend the sitting room to any friend or family member looking for support in their meditation practice, or for a meditation community.

Tanji prepared us for this by bringing us into alignment with our energies, relaxing and focusing only on breathing and our own flow of energy movement.
