She provided an accessible class that offered much appreciated direction on how to hold the poses, including some personalized tips on how I could better position my body in a couple of poses. It's very thoughtfully appointed for delivering a good number of really great wellness classes, workshops, and teachers and it does deliver! My Yoga classes were with the owner, Briana, who ended the class with Gong Sound Healing. It was just so perfect. I've also done the Sound Healing class with Ben Carroll which was awesome, too. Most recently, I tried the Aroma Touch Therapy with Briana during which she incorporated a custom blend of essential oils. It was more centering and relaxing than having a week's vacation. I highly recommend trying this Yoga and Wellness studio. I would give them more than 5 stars if I could.

I am a 70 year old member of the gym that adjoins Team Fitness and have been for many years…read more Recently as I was entering the gym the proprietor of Team Fitness was outside with a measuring wheel. As I passed by I gave him a friendly hello(I had no idea then who he was. He told me I should not loop behind my gym to park ,as he uses that area to train people. In ten years I have never seen it being used at the times I go. I kept walking and gave him a perfunctory acknowledgement. He then bellowed at me "Did you hear me?". I rarely use expletives but I then used quite a few as I told him I had heard him ,that I'd been doing this for years etc.He asked me why I yelled at him and I told him it was because(duh!) he had yelled at me first. He now puts out cones to block the lane which appear to be in violation of Fire Lane regulations. I certainly could not recommend this establishment based on my one encounter with it's proprietor.
