I am writing to update this review as of June 2026. A manager from this company out of Pensacola, FL contacted me and seemed genuinely apologetic for my family's experience. He offered to drive to our location himself to make things right and asked what could be done to fix the situation. He also patiently listened while I explained everything in detail. I declined his offer for additional services, but was reimbursed for the money I'd paid. Whatever issues the company had while servicing my family appear to have been addressed. If everyone is now operating as this manager is, I'd consider giving Conserv a chance. read more

We had to hire them to resolve a large beaver problem on multiple wetlands. Although they were unable to catch the beavers in the time frame (due to multiple factors) they were able to remove 17 of the dams and dropped the water levels back to an acceptable level (several feet lower than they found it). We are now looking into an extended contract or a monthly maintenance option with them. read more

We called and the salesman came pretty fast and made a good pitch so we got complete service with whole house warranty in case squirrel.s came back after eradication. They showed up a week later and installed little covers on the holes so the squirrels could get out but hopefully not back in. Said they would be back in a week to a week and a half to seal holes. That was last October, we still have squirrels doing damage and they haven't showed up yet. Beware!!!!! read more

Worst experience with any business I have ever had. They were hired to remove raccoons that got in my attic and messed up the insulation. They were not responsive to come get the raccoons in the traps, and one ended up rolling off of my roof and got away. I hired them to do the insulation removal and replacement, but they were not able to get 1/4 of the insulation out in 1 weeks time, and I had to hire a different company to do the work. I was told I would be refunded my money by a manager, but in 2 weeks since then I have not received my refund, and now I am being told that the manager who was working with me has left the company...WHAT?! PLEASE DO NOT USE THEM AT ANY COST. THEY ARE A SCAM!!! read more
