He found the leak & added a new attic fan ( mine wasn't turning ) and fixed that too. I was impressed bc he did exactly what he said , he didn't try to upgrade me or oversell - this is an honest business - he could have done the gutters - I thought I needed, but he didn't . The quality of the gutter guards was good , he did a great job and was thorough. The cost was more than fair imho . He doesn't speak fluent English but it was no barrier - his wife interpreted during the estimate. He came to do the work on time & could understand me with no problem .
