Jose came out and was extremely conscientious and discussed ways we could keep the willow if we wanted. He even gave us different quotes to reflect our options. We decided removal was the best choice, and he was flexible in his quote to come closer to other companies I spoke with. The crew arrived right on time and were extremely efficient. I was worried the willow would be difficult to safely take down, but they were very safe in climbing the tree. They also cut the oaks completely back from hanging over our roof, and ground multiple stumps we had around our yard. They were finished in less than 5 hours and cleaned the worksite very well - they even cleared a brush pile we had from some trimming we had done ourselves the week before.
