We reached out, during the initially process they were accommodating and showed disingenuous concern to get us to sign. We did. After we signed , the communication stopped. Everything that was asked of me, even things that wern't, I sent in a timely manner (with timestamps) after laying in a hospital bed for weeks, the empathy was so comforting from this lawfirm................. We began working with Karl then never heard from him again and spoke with Dansk... to which information was clearly not communicated between the two. Danshit would state he did not receive certain information that was already sent to Karl. He was so nasty to me on the phone, I was schocked of the unmitigated fucking gaul to talk to someone in such an ..unsafe way.. He was rude, has an air about himself that is white and entitled. He switched tones when speaking to my mother although not his client. I'm 30, there is no need to speak with her. We found that to be very telling of his poor character. I called and asked his firm for a mere response, days he said he would call, he wouldn't. He got an attitude because as I client I wanted updates. Very nasty demeanor, Michael Dansky.
