He was professional, kind and very attentive to detail. The crew that came each day, -2-4 workers depending on if they were replacing dry rot wood or painting, were professional, friendly and have a very strong work ethic. He had a special guy that built a custom pillar for our little bungalow to give it an updated, Craftsman look. All the workers were hustling everyday, and very experienced at what they do. They showed up on time and completed two bathroom remodels AND an office (wall + French doors) in two months! Is that record or what? Don't worry no skimp on details. Even with issues with materials (mostly vanities) being so difficult, needing extra time to adjust plumbing, wait on slow shipping, or issues with products and needing to order again (doors), all still completed in time. We finish just under budget estimated and I still got pretty high end products. Look at all the tile!!! My favorite part is my office is no longer part of main house and has double doors. Extremely happy with these projects! After posting my one-star review about a missed appointment, Jordan, the owner, called me and accused me of being malicious for sharing my experience. I explained that my review was accurate -- he didn't show up, admitted he forgot, and later changed his reason from being too busy for my job to having a family emergency. Rather than taking the feedback professionally, he asked me to change my review. I declined and encouraged him to improve communication and reliability. We hired Hue Got it Painting after receiving 3 quotes to paint 3 structurers on our property. Our…read morestructures had T1-11 siding as well as old and new stucco work. In short, we selected Hue Got it because they were the most competitive and most detailed on how they would perform work in the walk around. This was the 3rd time the structures would be painted, so I knew basically what needed to be done; however, Cody and Markie not only met but exceeded my expectations. Their prep work was over the top in prepping all cracks in our stucco, gaps in the trim on the T1-11, repair of poor paint prep issues from prior jobs, scrapping and sanding on multiple areas due to weathering, and ensuring a top notch look of our wood structure seams and old holes. Painting prep ensured doubled layers of protection on many surfaces, no overspray on our huge freshly stained deck and any our windows, doors, or security and light systems. They used two different coaxing pending if it was for stucco or T1-11. The paint and trimming of the structures were well done as well with stucco 'sprayed and back rolled' twice and the T-11 was primed and painted with different material as well (not just two coats of paint like others tend to do). What was really appreciated as all the little extras they did such as removing old Christmas light mounts and endless patients to my retired person conversations. It was clear that this is a business, but they really do like painting (unlike myself) and they love what they do and it becomes evident when you watch them work. What surprised us was their professionalism to go the extra mile if we asked for something and their request for us to review the prep work BEFORE they painted to make sure we had no concerns (NO ONE has ever asked me to do this ... normally inspection is only done AFTER the painting is completed and issues are hidden by paint). Then after the post painting review was done, they were happy to address any minor touch ups we asked for ... note, there were no major findings because of the excellent prep work. Cody and Markie are highly professional, friendly, and warm personalities you that make your experience a pleasure. We will use them for life now and I highly recommend Hue Got It Painting. They do tend to have a demand so call early and get in line if you can.
