When I contacted customer service to ask why we aren't getting the service we paid for, they refused to take responsibility and tried to blame the customers instead. If you increase prices, you should at least maintain basic service--not skip pickups and insult your paying clients. As an additional bonus, they never answer their phones and when someone does email you back such as I had today they're not the nicest and most helpful. The men who came to do removal were punctual, incredibly kind and worked hard to make sure they could get everything in possible. The separated things out, like paint and old air conditioners so they could be disposed of correctly and were fun! They held conversation with me and we're so friendly. They were able to process payment right there so I didn't have to call in or go somewhere and make sure to clean up any small pieces left behind. I have another project I will be doing and am going to use their services!
