I use this laptop every day in support of a small mom and pop business and it was dead in the water. I spoke to several people in the area and they recommended their service. I spoke with them and we developed a fix. I would have to have the screen and ports replaced, but, given the age of the laptop, it was not worth it. I did not have a recent backup, so I was in a bind. They gave me prompt service and great advice as to cost, given the age of the laptop and whether it was worth the effort. I decided on a new laptoo and they were able to download the files from the damaged laptop.
