I made an appointment for a simple winter tire changeover, which was performed yesterday. I never asked for an oil change for this appointment despite their insistence otherwise. I went back to explain their mistake and get it fixed, but both the lady at the counter and manager both pretty much said "sorry too bad. you signed the receipt. It's not like we can take the oil out of the car". Horrible customer service. Make sure you triple check any paperwork they give you, because their mistakes will end up costing you. Will not be going there again.
