I had two grease marks (fingerprints) that were not there when I took the car in. I know this because it's a brand new car. The bugs on the windscreen weren't entirely removed, not from the front of the car either. When I asked the tech about this, he said, Oh yea the mark is hard to get off. Ya? ok...so isn't that your job? considering you put the marks there? Also the bugs were pointed out and he took the car back into the bay and removed the rest from the window but not the bumper...Big Sigh at this point! I took the car and left because I didn't think I was going to get anywhere. I didn't know where else to go as we are new to this area and it was the first place I saw. I wouldn't have paid for this if I had seen the car first, but we all know that wasn't going to happen. Oh well....lesson learned.

They…read moreran a diagnostic test and came up with a long list, saying that all the car's sensors were faulty, and the battery was also bad. However, instead of replacing the battery first--which should have been done before changing the sensors--they started replacing the car's perfectly fine sensors. Fortunately, only one sensor was replaced before they placed an order for the rest. In the meantime, I replaced the car battery myself, and all the warning lights disappeared. I can't believe that all these so-called specialists didn't know that when all the sensors light up at the same time, the issue is the battery, and that it should be replaced first. I'm deeply disappointed in this so-called specialist repair shop, which uses such an unethical approach just to make money. My question is: how many perfectly fine sensors were they planning to throw away before even considering the battery? Additionally, the manager at their Torbay Road location was extremely rude and aggressive. I am owed $323 for the incorrect sensor replacement, not to mention two days without my car, transportation costs, and the unnecessary stress this has caused.
