We have had amazing, quick, reliable service from construction refuse! Called on Monday and had a yard waste dumpster on Tuesday. When you rent the larger dumpsters, you can have them for a month, if not a little longer! Amazing! And the customer service, amazing! read more

Setting up my dumpster drop off and pick up was very easy. The ladies who work in the office were polite and helpful. We noticed our large industrial flower pot was bent after the dumpster had been dropped off. The driver had to move the dumpster a couple times, so it appeared the flower pot had been backed into at some point. When the dumpster was picked up we found smashed pizza slices in our driveway underneath where the dumpster had been sitting. This was irritating because the pizza box thrown in the dumpster was pushed down so I am unsure how this happened...and the driver didn't notice. I let the office know we had this issue and they asked me to send pictures of the flower pot along with measurements. The email said they would replace the flower pot. A couple hours later, I received a phone call from an unknown number. The voicemail was from the driver who said he was being contacted by his boss about a pizza box being in our driveway when he picked up our dumpster. I felt annoyed that my phone number had been given to him, since I was already emailing with the office. Today, I looked out my window because a large unmarked truck pulled into my driveway. I was home with my two kids. I noticed a man who I have never seen before was walking around the back of my house. I was alarmed and sent my husband outside to see what was going on. Once I realized it was someone from the Construction Refuse Service I was very upset. It is so unprofessional to give out my private address information AFTER a service has been delivered, paid for, and picked up (completed). I am very concerned that this business felt it was okay to show up at my house, without permission, and walk around my driveway inspecting the flower pot. The whole situation made me extremely uncomfortable. Knocked it out of the park with pricing and last minute delivery of the dumpster. They also picked it up with short notice. These guys were great to work with and I could have kept the dumpster for another 3 weeks for the same price, if I needed to. read more

Not happy very bad experience because I asked to pay with check or cash rather then giving out my credit card information over the phone. When I called back immediately to ask if they accepted checks like the web page said she said they had rented it out already literally 30 seconds after I hung up first time. read more
